Arthur and his team responded to my emergency (no power) within 2 hours, provided me a fair estimate and were able to replace my panel and power lines the very next day! Arthur went above and beyond by talking to my homeowners insurance and helping my claim get approved!

I'm a certified and licenced fire alarm technician so I know a little about 120v A/C. Had a problem in my home with the 240v A/C feed coming from the PECO line outside my house where I was losing one leg of the 240v A/C from up high were the service connection is and I don't have a ladder tall enough to reach to check it myself. I called these guy on a Sunday for emergency service I told the guy on the phone in detail what I saw with my meter and I needed them to check the feed outside the house were the PECO connection was. He said he would dispatch his tech but needed a $95 dispatch fee first, I paid. His guy came out I SHOWED HIM WITH MY METER what I was seeing in my electric panel and wanted him to get his ladder and check the splice up top to restore the lost 240v A/C leg, he breaks into this shtick about how old my panel is and I need a whole service upgrade for $3000. I said there's nothing wrong with my equipment it's the feed outside I need fixed. He call his boss who now tell's me because of his electric licence they can not work on this old equipment without upgrading it first. We go back and front about why he can't just have his guy check the outside connection and his guy ends up leaving without fixing anything but give a $3000 quote from an upgrade. I later found out from one of my coworkers who is an electrician that anything having to do with the outside connection is a PECO problem that they have to fix and when I explained that to these guy's on the phone and if they are knowledged electrician they should have told me to hang up and call PECO, but no they were looking to make a quick buck for doing a unnecessary upgrade. End of the story I called PECO they came out found the connection out was old and replace all the connection no charge from PECO but because I didn't do my research I lost $95 to these clowns beware of these guys they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge to up sell you for work you don't need ...

Arthur and his team did a great job on our project. The work was high quality and the electricians worked with us to find the most economical ways to meet our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for top quality work.

Tried manipulating me into a one size fits all project that I may or may not have needed with unethical business practices. There were many other reviews on google related to that exact service, so it is where they made their money and what they tried manipulating all their customers into getting. If they try to offer you a 200-amp upgrade, run away!
