This business is not ideal to work for. First they didn't give the new hires any tax paperwork or anything on their first day. When asked about it, the manager said she didn't have time to do any of that. When communication is presented to those in charge the owner/store manager said that employees texting her was "pissing" her off. The place is unprofessional, and not somewhere I would choose to work nor become a patient at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They need to be investigated for their neglect and unprofessionalism. Along with not paying their employees.

They filled a tooth with too much decay; it should have been a root canal or extraction per the dentist at another facility that ended up pulling the tooth two weeks later. They incorrectly billed my insurance for the procedures they performed causing me to end up with a $600 bill out of pocket. I was making a $50 monthly payment but because they felt it was taking too long to pay off, they turned it over to collection! I will never go back there again, and I highly recommend no one goes to them for dental care!

Absolutely do not go to this dentist. Took my 82 year old father to get partials and its been 8 months and still not a final set that he can actually wear. He went through 3 impresssions and sent off to their lab and every one of them came back insufficient. Not only that but they were trying to hold us hostage for payment for a product that we have not fully received in working order and just got notified when I tried to make another appointment that they refuse to take him as a patient any longer. A veteran and medicare recipient should never be treated this way and he's now been without teeth for almost a year. How does a business like this stay in business. I hope no one has to go through what we have. Shameful and definitely not done with this.

Don’t go to the VDC on Pleasant Valley rd! My husband and I went for cleanings and they did a consultation for repairs for my husband. When we left they gave me a number to another office that does implants. We let the front desk know that we would call back to schedule an appointment if needed. A month later we got a bill for my husband having a missed appointment. We did not make an appointment. I called the office several times. I spoke with the boy who runs the front desk he said the manager was in a meeting and she would return my call. 3 weeks later no call back and another bill in the mail. I call back all day with no answer and no call back from my message. Called back the following day and the boy gave the same response. I told him I wanted a call back by the end of the day. Still no call back. Yesterday my husband got a call from the “office manager” and they said they don’t just make appointments basically telling him he had to make the appointment. We clearly did not make an appointment. The lady was very rude and ended up hanging up the phone on my husband. This is very unprofessional and we will never be back. All we asked is that the no show fee be taken off since that was a mistake on their part. The dental assistant was very nice but very under trained. She had no clue what to due and the dentist was very rude to her. I told the dentist I was having pain in one of my back teeth and he started banging on my back teeth hard with a metal tool. Ended up chipping my tooth! He said well you have dealt with it this long so it should be ok or we could fill it but he didn’t know what was wrong. This place needs to be shut down. Please don’t go there!

I had an appointment, called to cancel because of family issues!! Could not get ahold of anyone kept getting answering machine! I called 6 times and left messages everytime mind you I started calling at 7:30am to cancel for an appointment at 10am! I have since called and still can not get a hold of a person!! I keep getting the answering machine! I have since received 2 bills for "NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENT"! I don't understand how, I called left multiple messages and still have yet to get a call back or to talk to a real person! This place is a joke, stear clear if you can!!!

The dental hygienist is so rude!She asked me if I brushed my teeth today.Being snotty and rude saying well you should brush them at least 2 minutes.Then says do you ever brush your teeth?
