/customer service is the worst. my service started on 8/11 at which time i gave their office my ACP code,they said i had to i sign a form,they would send me. i waited a month,after several phone calls they said the mail must be slow.Finally,i found the form on line. i printed and mailed it out on 9/11,they received it on 9/13,and yet would not give me credit for the previous.that they failed to mail the proper form.total incompetence and no follow up!

I gave them 1 star because I can't go lower. We are a 501c3 federal charity, fully vetted and certified and the recipient of multiple government grants (it's in the public record, EIN 82-3008382, go look it up), and have been in business for more than 7 years. A water leak above our offices ruined our drop-ceiling tiles, so I was tasked with replacing the damaged tiles. I do this all the time: find a vendor, get our tax-exempt account established, and place an order. But not this time. This time I ran into Alyssa Haskins and Kristin their sales tax law supervisor. I presented both of these people with our tax-exempt certificate and they refused to honor it. I explained the sales-tax law of the state of Ohio to Kristin and Alyssa but they had their own interpretation of it and could not care less about my federally-issued documentation or my offer to have our attorney, the Attorney General of the State of Ohio, call and explain sales-tax law to them. As I am only allowed to make tax-exempt purchases, I was forced to find a better vendor. Trying to work with Armstrong proved to be a tremendous waste of my time and I would caution any company from investing too much effort in them. Alternatives exist, use them. I have placed Armstrong on our list of companies to avoid due to this incompetence so our staff does not accidentally try to use their products or services ever again. It's one thing to have incompetent employees, but to dig your heels in when you are wrong is not the stance of a company I will work with ever again.
