I brought in my 1997 Toyota Camry, they did an okay job on the inspection but I've been having my brakes that I got to press to the floorboard before I took it in for inspection the day I took it in the tune-up went well but my complaint is the wheel alignment is still off is stuck to the left and steers to the left the steering column is off never was fixed and the brakes Ray said were good and we're not they didn't even change the pads and said the breaks on old vehicles and suppose to press to the floorboard board I knew there that was not true car breaks do not hit the floorboard unless they got wear and Tare and I explained this to my mother and said that the brakes are still giving and going down to the floor I said that's a lie the brake pads are giving and a car pedal no matter what car should go to the floor to stop it with the brakes if the brakes were good you would not have to press hard from it too stop and when brakes are good the pads would lock-in and it would take less on the brakes, it's unsafe your suppose to not say it's a fuse the brake pads need to be changed by opening the calibers and removing one side and putting new ones in than putting a paper towel of fluid container and locking the caliber back in and pumping 3x and repeating on other side again to lock-in and create less pressure on the brakes and the pressure back in to the brake pedal and put the new break fluid is it that hard he said they were good so yes he is responsible and if I get in an accident with the car he is reliable for that thank you, I would appreciate if someone would get back to me
