Murad, I have nothing but great thing to say about this wonderful salesman. He was very professional, passionate, polite and knowledgeable. So, we call to the dealership early morning Thursday to see if they had this particular BMW my son was looking to buy. Murad, answered the phone and stated after looking the the BMW was still available. We told him our name and that we was coming this morning to look at the BMW, he stated great and he would have the car ready. To our surprise he greeted us as soon as we got out of the car stating my sons and how it was a pleasure to meet us. As he stated the car was cleaned and ready for us to look over and test drive. Murad, went over all the features that the car had to offer and answered all the questions we had about the car. We went on a test drive and he was showing other features that the car had to offer. Murad, made us feel very comfortable about buying our car from this dealership. So, now we are off to sign the paperwork. The process was quick and easy once we got back the financial officer was very nice and polite and answered any questions we had! We are met the owner which also very nice. It’s nice to buy a car from a place that makes you feel at home! We will definitely go back to purchase another in the near future! Murad, thanks for making my don feel so welcome while making his first purchase of a car. I would definitely recommend your auto group to my family and friends! Today, Robert and Murad, made the experience of buying a car the most fun I have ever had at a dealership! They both felt like they had been our friends for years. I will refer all my friends and family to go see them. There was no pressure and I felt like their mission was to make sure we were happy with our choice. Murad took the time to make sure we left knowing our new care was completely set up with all the features explained and set to our preferences. This location was so friendly and customer oriented, I was impressed with their entire staff from the moment we entered their doors. I would give 10 stars if they were available to select. Our experience was well worth the drive and I am over the moon happy with my new BMW!

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Supra Premium. I live in Phoenix. The transaction was easy and seamless. Murad and Brian were quick to respond, which made an out-of-state buyer feel good. I chose to ship the car in an enclosed carrier rather than risk-averse weather etc. The car arrived timely and in almost perfect condition.

This is the 7th Mercedes I have purchased from 5 different dealers. Select auto Imports was the best experience out of the 5 dealers I have dealt with in the past.
