      I visited this dealership in December of 2022. I placed a $1000 deposit on a car which was due to arrive later that month. I was a given a verbal assurance that the deposit would be refunded to me if I elected not to purchase the car. I notified the salesperson the following business day that I would not be purchasing the car as my circumstances had changed. I have yet to receive the refund despite contacting the salesperson on three separate occasions, and receiving reassurances that it would be taken care of. It is now April. Needless to say, this is nothing more than either poor organization, dishonesty, or theft. This incident, coupled with unprofessional conduct on the part of the sales manager (not the salesman himself) would lead me to avoid this dealership in the future. I purchased the car from a competitor a month later. I had a much more pleasant experience.

      I have had very positive experiences at this location for the past five years, but I will not be going back as the service advisors at this location engage in actionable fraud in the inducement. Beware. I waited from 8:30am-4:30 pm for a new splash shield for my Honda Fit and PA state inspection. The service advisor promised not to charge for a $350 part when he eventually checked in with me, as I had opted to have them install new brakes. The service took 2 hours longer than he estimated during this check-in, and I was still charged for the parts on the invoice! He told me to “get some rest” when I questioned him about costs. Moreover, he tried to act like he was doing a favor for me by replacing the air filters (it was the wrong type of filter) that were incorrectly installed by them last week. People make mistakes, but they refuse to accept responsibility for their actions and fulfill their promises. Negligent misrepresentation and fraud in the inducement at its finest. Absolutely disgusting.

      Where do I start? The sales person Lucy Hu manipulated us into signing a lease but told us that it was not final. She then said we could change our minds the next day. Then a week and half later, a car shows up and they demand our car and are forcing us into the lease that we DID NOT WANT EVEN KNOW EXISTED. They lied and said the form was an appraisal, not a new lease. When the new car showed up 10 days later, the Inventory Manager Nino Nicolaci actually threatened my physical safety to the point where I had to make a police report. When I spoke to the Manager Mike Freeman, he was so proud that they lie and manipulate their customers. He actually literally told me they deal with this all the time. well, if that is the case, they are illegally presenting documents as items other than what they are to lock people into contracts for vehicles that do not even exist... and then they let you drive home on the car they supposedly own for 10 days?!?!! Seriously? DO NOT DO BUINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Oh, and Mike flat out told me he wasn't worried about this review because " I have a standard reply I use in these situations, I'm used to it" WOW... he's used to having to use a template because they upset so many customers. STAY AWAY
