      Literally the worst dealership I've ever dealt with when it comes to management. Sold me a car with 10k miles that had defective fog lights a missing second key and pitting along the entire passenger side of the car. Sold in a snow storm at night, refused to do a thing after the sale. Do NOT trust that these people will treat you fairly. Not the only person with negative feelings.

      Warning! If you are leasing a Toyota vehicle be careful at the end of your lease because of the present lack of new cars at the dealership. There is a possibility to lose hundreds of dollars in the final deal. We had a lease that was due at the end of October so I contracted the dealership in July and got quotes from the salesman for the different models we were interested in. Several weeks later we visited the dealership to look at the different models and test drive them. No cars. The car's registration and state/emission inspections came due at the end of the lease. The lease ended. I had to take care of these expenses. Toyota took no responsibility for these items. We also had to extend our lease. That meant making another months payment up front for the use of the car for the MONTH. Shortly after we took care of these expense items a new car came in. I can't say anything about the timing but they received from us a newly inspected vehicle and the majority of the extended month's payment. We found out Toyota states, no refund of Total Monthly Payment amounts already paid will be made! Neither Toyota Financial Services or dealer knew of the statement and thus didn't tell me this might happen. Because Toyota couldn't supply the car we were stuck with the added expenses. Be aware! Several of their other practices were questionable. Between July and October we started to receive emails and mailings from TFS concerning the upcoming end of our lease. I don't know why TFS didn't send information to the dealer of the lease ending. Even though we never got to test drive the models we wanted, we added our name to the dealers list to hopefully reserve a new incoming car. We waited! There was another misunderstanding between the dealer and TFS. During this time we received 2 loyal customer email offers from TFS. As it turned out at the final close the dealer was reluctant to honor the offers. After I made numerous calls to both parties we received the deal. Be aware!!

      I paid cash for a 2018 RAV4 on 8/31. Called in November to ask when my title and stickers would arrive. Scott the finance manager called to let me know that there was a problem. He stated that the PPA had wrote the wrong mileage on the title and that it would be 5-8 weeks to correct the problem. He told me that they would give me a rental until the problem was corrected. He never once said I’m sorry. My tags expired on 11/30. We picked up the rental that day. Here I sit on 1/13/22, and still can’t drive my car. Please help!

      Ms. H******, I am very sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, PAA did put the incorrect mileage on the title and could not correct the title. PAA informed our title clerk that she had to submit to Penndot for a corrected title which takes weeks so she submitted the paperwork to Penndot immediately. On 11/15/21 Penndot finally corrected the mileage on the title. We were just waiting for it to come back to the dealership in the mail. Once we received it on 11/22/21, our title clerk sent it over to Toyota for the you to come in and sign the title. On 12/1/21 the title clerk cut the check to Penndot so that she could submit the title work to them, and we sent it into Penndot on 12/2/21. Unfortunately it still is not processed at Penndot and the processing time there is about 6-8 weeks. The delays that we have been experiencing as an organization have been frustrating to us as well. Not only does it cause frustration for you, but we are also having to pay for the rental vehicle that you are using, as we always want to do right by our customers. Again, I am sorry that you are going through this, and we too are frustrated by the delays that we have experienced. Feel free to reach out to me if you wish to discuss this further.
