      Thurs Sept 1st,22 took my car to ********************* w/2 issues. #1 vibrations in the steering wheel, which I had since I recvd an oil change& tire rotation #2click noise when turning steering wheel left. I dropped my car w/service rep ******* explained my concerns. Per *****, "sounds like you need a tires balance and will check on the click sound. the cost will be $59.99 for the tire balance. picked car up on Sept 6th, ws told that it ws a balance and unable to hear the clicking. after driving off, I noticed that the car was wobbling. took the car back (2nd) and informed *****. ***** had the mechanic ******* ride with me, the mechanic said he felt it too but unsure of what it was... will check tires again. the TL mechanic comes out after 1.5 hrs asking what i was feeling we took a drive. TL says he doesn't feel it but will talk to *****. TL brings car back says, "we figured it out". when leaving i still felt the wobble. contacted customer relations s/w ***** who asked that i bring the car back. then i was told i needed a wheel (rim). i informed ***** this exact thing happened before after a tire balance which to me was odd. left that day and i hear something jiggling as if something was loose. i called ***** and informed ***** that something NOW sounds loose and i am frustrated and scared to drive. ***** informed me that she would usually turn her music up on her Rav 4 when she hears noises, but to listen out for the noise over the weekend and let her know (that was fri 16th) On sept 18th i was riding on highway 295 something fall off while driving. i left a voice message for ***** and informed that the car is not drivable. ***** Sept 19th and says, have it towed. the bolt fell from my caliber. ***** says, we didn't do your brakes. i informed that the brakes had been done a month, no issues until then were messing w/ the tires. *****, "that was probably the clicking you heard. we will put a bolt on. now i need 2 wheels. called ************** the controller lvm ¬hing to date.

      On July 9, I purchased a 2023 Toyota Sienna which I thought was a new vehicle even though it had a little over 100 miles. I was informed that it was due to it being transferred from another dealership. I was issued temporary tags that expired on 8/8/2023. I was told by the finance department and sales rep that they will file all the documents and once my tags arrived at the dealership, they would contact me and have it FedExed overnight to me. On Friday, August 18, 2023 I decided to call to ask about the tags and the receptionist who answered started looking into the system to see if my tags were received. She then asked me if I had done the MD inspection and I told her that inspection is only required if it is a used vehicle not when it is new. She promptly informed me that this vehicle was titled before and I needed to have the inspection done. I was in shock and asked to speak to someone to clear this matter up. She told me that she would transfer me to Mr. Rocky S******* who is the Sales Manager. I was transferred but rather than getting Rocky, I got his voicemail. I left him a detailed message and as that he calls me back. After no call back, I called 2 more times and left messages again for a call back. I also called the sales person that made the sale, Mr. Wilson M****, and left him a message asking for a call back. As of today, 8/21/2023 I am still awaiting a call back even after my son called and left a message with the sales rep. I'm not sure what my legal recourse is, by seriously considering hiring a lawyer at this time as I feel this is a deceitful practice that this dealership condones. They must know that I'm trying to reach them because I have been lied to about the vehicle being new.
