    I took my car, a car I bought from Pohanka in 2019, for a routine check on Sep 7th 2022 and picked up my car promptly after it was ready, parked my car in my garage. After a couple of days, noticed that the front passenger fender had a corner sticking out as if pulled. I took it back to Pohanka on Sep 17th since it was a weekend, only opportunity I got, and explained that the only way it could have happened is if it went through the car wash. The service personnel took pictures and spoke to his supervisor. He also mentioned that it has been 10 days past the incident. I left a message for ***** after a representative told me that he could be the one I spoke to. I still have not heard back from anyone yet. My experience at Pohanka has been top notch so far. I am hoping that this issue can be resolved at the earliest, especially when I have a damaged car with no fault of mine.

    I'm cautious of any positive or 5-star reviews because the management team literally bribes people to give it to them in exchange for "free" goods and services. The management and staff lied to me throughout the entire experience. Even when I was in the final stages of buying my car, they said to me, "We are only going to give you that price if you finance the car 100% through us. I'm not going to give you the price if you put a down payment." and after a lengthy back-and-forth, he said, "Please, you would be doing us a HUGE favor for our location since it gives Acura and Honda the perception that people with good credit scores like you also take out loans with us." (Which is a statement that feels heavily coded, but I will not get into that.) He later says that the interest on the car if I pay it off after the first month will only be around $60 TOTAL. Then after I signed the contract, they altered the amount and in my new contract, which I received AFTER and never had a chance to review (I only was able to review it directly through Acura Honda Financial), the total pay off includes an additional $4,000. When I complained, the manager said, "Please let me make this right, I am truly so sorry. As an offer of good faith, please come by and pick up floor mats or a cargo cover, just let them know that I spoke to you." I don't know why I thought I could trust her, but when I got there I was told, "Actually, she was ONLY going to give you that if you left a positive review for us, but since you didn't we can't give you anything. Have a good day." This place is full of liars and scam artists, and you should buy your car from any other place that isn't here.
