Pete was able to come shortly after I called due to a leak which had caused a lot of damage. My elderly mother did not notice the leak or realize the damage it had caused. Pete was wonderful! So knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Able to pin-point the problem right away and stopped any further damage. I was so happy we didn’t have to wait days to get someone out. Thank you Pete and Brent Jansen Plumbing!

I had an appointment booked with Brent Jansen Plumbing and they called 10 minutes before the appointment to say they would be an hour late. They then called me 90 minutes later to fully cancel the appointment. This is the second time they have done this exact thing to me, with no real apology or follow up. Just the option to re-book for another date. It's a big inconvenience because the water shutoff for part of my building has to be scheduled and it affects many units. I gave them a second chance after the first time because my strata has used them many times, but I will no longer recommend the strata uses them in the future.

Used Brent Jansen Plumbing recently and they fixed an issue with my kitchen tap. I set an appointment at 0800h. The plumber according to their GPS showed up with his truck at 0735h for the 0800h appointment and showed up at my door at 0745h. I had to pay for the time he sat in his truck waiting for the appointment time. I called the office to tell them that I disagreed with the charges. I was told I was disrespectful and that I did not respect their wages ($130 an hour for their services). All I wanted was to pay for the transit and repair which totaled 1hr and I had to pay 1h15mins. I will shop around next time and use another plumber.

I've used Brent Jansen Plumbing twice in the last six months for different jobs and am very impressed with the level of service: they are friendly, professional and competent. I certainly recommend them but do add one caution: read your itemized invoice carefully. There seems to be a bit of a disconnect between whoever does the invoicing and the person on the ground doing the work. Thank you to the super friendly people in the office who adjusted the invoice immediately in both cases, especially Cheryl!

Very impressed with the service I received today. Had a toilet backup probalem. Called and within 2 hrs had a plumber named Mark arrive who was very professional and not only was able to fix my toilet but was also able to stay a little longer to fix my bathtub nozzles and kitchen sink drainage. Thankyou for your prompt and efficient service , Definitely recommend this company.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Brent Jansen Plumbing. I contacted them in the midst of an emergency sewage blockage at my home, but they were unable to send a plumber that day. I was forced to find another plumber to address the issue immediately. To my surprise, Brent Jansen Plumbing showed up at my home six days later and sent an invoice for $150 for their visit, despite the fact that I made it clear to Brent Jansen Plumbing that our situation was a true emergency and that there was no way I would have scheduled an appointment for 6 days later and had already been resolved. Arranged to have a new hot water tank installed on short notice. The job was completed today, and the team who installed it were professional, competent and totally qualified. I can say this as someone who is a retired engineer involved in construction and in close proximity with the trades for over 40 years. Nice to know there are still such trades out there with the skillsets and demeanor to inspire confidence in the brave new world. Thanks for making my day. -the old man.
