I will never ever recommend Jenner again. To make a long story short, I purchased my first vehicle with this company in 2009, completely satisfied with the purchase I made back then. My family moved up Island and we needed a new vehicle, so we tried a few vehicles out at the local dealerships in Duncan. After getting pricing for the vehicle with the options we wanted, we decided to go back to Jenner for their best price with stated options. I texted the saleswoman the options we wanted, the price we got in Duncan and had asked her for the best price they can do for us. A few hours later she stated we can get that vehicle in Vancouver. I stated “make it happen” as I was already pre-approved.
We went to go pick up the vehicle a few days later, after the vehicle was being cleaned and readied, but a day earlier than expected. It was now getting dark and close to Jenner closing. The saleswoman showed us the power hatch and asked if we needed help to set up our phones through the apply play etc. My wife jumped in and drove home, and I drove our other vehicle that we went to Jenner with. Upon arriving at home my wife stated that the vehicle did not have the options we asked for. We didn't get a sunroof, navigation and other options. I texted our salesperson at 7:43 pm that night and stated we never got the vehicle that we ordered, and we need to chat by phone in the morning.
I received a call from Mr. Jenner who was already in a denial state. I never even got a chance to speak with the salesperson. Although I texted the salesperson the options that we wanted, it was not the vehicle we ordered. At that time Mr. Jenner stated that they had the exact vehicle in the sales lot. Now I’m very confused why they brought a vehicle in from Vancouver and not just sell us one in the yard. Mr. Jenner pretty much called me a liar although I have all the text messages to and from the sales lady at Jenner. They chose not to fix this. They did not offer to exchange vehicles, nothing. I will no longer use them or recommend them.
