I went under contract with this company on a single family home nearly eight weeks ago. Everything went well on my side. I met all the expectations of the contract at my costs, signed the mortgage package, paid my down payment, gave notice on my apartment. All were not easy as a single mother of three in the **** real estate market but all was done on time, some even prior to deadlines. I closed a week ago and these people haven't dealt with the liens on the property that were discovered days after going under contract on the property. I am twelve days away from being homeless with children because of these dishonest lying people with the poorest of poor business sense. They are in default of the contract because of such and there will be legal recourse but the public needs to know. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

If i could give them 0 stars I would, These people are scandalous, immoral, they rip people off and lie. I would never recommend them to anyone. Don't buy from them, cause they will s**** you in the end

It's literally impossible to cancel the subscription through the website. I have tried for the last 3 months to cancel but I kept getting charged again. I had to contact customer service to have it cancelled. Before that, each time I tried to cancel, I went through the entire process. The "cancellation process" (which didn't work for me) is ridiculous, and deceiving. It makes you confirm 3 times you want to cancel.First you have to go to "Manage Membership," and that page states: "...your 1 month membership charge can be canceled by selecting the 'Do not renew membership option' below. Once clicked, we will not charge your payment method on file again."That statement is a LIE!!!!!! I did exactly what it said to do--I clicked "Do not renew membership" and then clicked "SAVE CHANGES." It should have been cancelled at that point--BUT NO, not yet.After clicking "SAVE CHANGES," it takes you to a page saying "[NAME], WE'RE SAD TO SEE YOU GO! Have you sent any of our most popular cards?" And then you have to scroll ALL the way down dozens of card images, and then click either "YES, I'LL STAY" or "No Thanks, Cancel my Subscription." Of course I clicked on the latter.BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.Next it takes you to the MANAGE MEMBERSHIP PAGE where you have to look at a stupid "limited offer" where you can either click on "YES, I'LL TAKE THE LIMITED OFFER" or "No Thanks, Cancel My Subscription." Again, I clicked on the latter.After that, it took me to the main page, so I thought I was finished.HOWEVER, THE NEXT MONTH THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR $6.99 YET AGAIN. I am OUTRAGED at this company. I had tried to cancel many times over the last few months. But customer support refused to give me a refund. I only asked for a refund of $6.99 because I KNOW I cancelled last month. Also, they have NEVER sent receipts to my email.
