I had to sell my home in about a month and had listed it on the market prior. I had a great experience with Enlight. They made a fair cash offer, I had no realtor or closing fees you usually have from selling and they purchased my home in as is condition so I didnt need to pay thousands or more to fix up my place. harassed and preyed on by this company Enlight Home Buyers under the business management and ownership of an ******************************* who has continued to mail out unsolicited advertisements to a residence who's property isn't on the buying market and is not up for sale. There should be laws in place to go after and hold accountable these individuals and their companies for the anguish, stress, and harassment of repeatedly being bombarded constantly by these type of unsolicited advertisements ! ! ! !This needs to stop ! ! ! !Review from Amy S

I received an unsolicited mailing from this company with my name and address. I called to ask for removal from this list and to see who sold them my information. They refused to provide me with company information and to let me speak with anyone beyond a receptionist. I also didn't have confidence that they would have the ability to remove me from future mailings. I firmly believe mortgage businesses like these are predatory and want no part in their unethical marketing schemes that prey on low income people and encourage them to change ownership offering a "cash" payout when comparatively others also offer a "cash" payout but more than likely at a higher rate of pay.Review from michael c

This company has been sending postcards every other month (ish) for years offering cash for my house and while I try to get off of their mailing list each time, they will not honor my request. They are rude and unprofessional over the phone. Im so discouraged. Every other company will let me get off their mailing list but they will not.Review from April D

Predatory Buyers- Harassing my 76 yr old mother after they coerced her into signing an agreement for $50,000 less than her homes value. They were told 1 day later that she was not aware of exactly what she had signed and to terminate immediately- they refused and continued to harass her via phone calls and even trying to force her to comply with terms of the agreement. We had to get an attorney - we are also reaching out to local investigative reporters to tell this story. Hopefully it will inform the public of the fraud that is out here. Im so sickened by this. We have been trying for years now to get off their mailing list. They keep on sending postcards offering to buy our house. We have no interest in working with them and call every time we get a postcard. They say they will remove us and then they keep sending it. Its super annoying. I sure wish they would respect our wishes to be removed from their mailing list.
