    This was my second time using the service. At first, Wasatch Constables was very helpful and professional, which is why I used their services again, or tried to, anyway. This second attempt to use their services went differently. I paid for their "next day service" on 08/9/2023, only to not hear back from them. This was particularly strange because I received an electronic receipt for my order. I emailed Sarah, one of the receptionists at Wasatch Constables, but she was unaware of the order I placed, or appeared to be, that is. I ended up providing Sarah with the screenshot of my receipt, then was told that my papers were in the system, preparing to be served. Given that I paid for a "next day" service, I was surprised when I didn't receive any follow-up information about my papers. This was followed by several unanswered emails and phone calls, with the exception of one phone call in which I placed on hold for five minutes or more, then was greeted with a sense of dismissiveness. When asked how long it would take for my papers to be served, the response was more or less "whenever." Several more days went by, and I reached out to Wasatch Constables again in an email, only to be told that their "process servers were down", and that they were "unable to serve clients." At first I thought that this must've been the reason why it was taking 2-3 weeks for my papers to be served, but I was also told that my "concerns" would be addressed on Monday." Monday came and went, but there wasn't a phone call, text, or email sent. This prompted further attempts to contact Wasatch Constables, to no avail. I then sent a subsequent email requesting a full refund, but nothing. Meaning, there hasn't been any communication, nor refund of any kind whatsoever. I have a disability and receive SSI. I would like to be refunded.

    I contacted this company on 11/29/23. I’m out of state in Colorado and was in a pinch. The process was clear, easy, and successful. I can’t say how much I appreciated working with such a bunch of nice people.
