I came from ************** to spend some time with family. I asked Chrysler to checkout a couple of issues that concerned me. One of them being the squeal my car makes. The manager came out to check and said it could be the belt or pulley. They looked at it seven days later and claimed nothing was wrong and it is still make the squealing sound. They charged me for an oil change which I appreciate but left with continuing problem. I left because they were incapable of fixing the issue. They didnt keep me informed until prompted multiple times. And my ******** window was down while it was waiting for pickup.Review from Dover1999

The employees were very rude in the back shop and when I was speaking with the tech that did the work on my car he laughed and called me names that I would not say on here. The service writer was very condescending and rude. He swars the tech did nothing wrong but my car is making new noises after service and they are not going to fix it. I will never recommend them to anyone.Review from Christine P

I would never recommend that anyone purchase a used vehicle from Cedar City Motor Company. I purchased a used truck for my son that has broken down repeatedly since it was driven off the lot. It was purchased as is; however, we had no idea that it had not been checked out and sold in good condition. The truck has spent more time in the shop than it has being driven. The service technician(s) broke new parts as they were installed or broke something else after fixing one problem. Purchasing the extended service plan added $5000 to cost of the truck and has proven to be unacceptable. This is the second truck my son purchased from CCMC. The first truck broke down on the way home. He experienced the same problems with the service department. My niece and a friend purchased used cars from CCMS and have the same complaints.The whole experience has been much more than disappointing. It is criminal to take advantage of buyers who trust a business to be reputable and trustworthy but turn out to be the opposite.
