I would not recommend them unless you are willing to do most everything yourself. They will do the bare minimum. They way it is set up is with the initial interview and whatever promise they have to bring you aboard. Once you are in their system they will work for you but believe me you wont be number one on their priority list. Don't ask to speak the the main representative as one lawyer can not possibly contact you personally when you need him. you will be assigned to a team of people who know nothing an actual lawyer would know.Just to get an actual lawyer to call you,let alone the main representative whose name rests on your case is not as easy as you would think.What money could they possibly make if they allowed an actual practicing lawyer to call you.Speaking for myself I don't have the money or stability to have a constant connection with phone service, internet service or sometimes even home from which to communicate with my own doctors let alone an entity who offers help for the disabled yet will in the end make you feel small because your life doesn't meet the standard of their practice. I couldn't understand why a document they gave me had a box for me to check if I felt I wasn't capable of managing my own money.Because of my questioning that one document I was given every reason of why they lived up to standard and all they did to accommodate my every need as their client.That's wonderful I'm not so far gone that I believe my voice will resound as reason against people who cross all their Ts and dot all their Is.I've read the complaints and I see they have all the answers, if someone complains too much and it sounds too legit waive the fee. What poor soul trying to get benefits wouldn't accept such an offer. I called so many times confused and asking why,I asked so many times to speak to a lawyer and finally a team member today said there is no such document and voiced my own disability why? I can't answer I can only say I felt very small.
