This company has failed ** multiple times, we were originally scheduled on a Monday. Not until end of day we were told that it would be rescheduled for the next day on Tuesday between ****. Around 11 the contractor contacted us and informed us he will be late and will be showing up around 12 oclock. Instead, he showed up around 130, without letting us know he was extending his time. Mind you that me, and my significant other both had taken work off all day, Monday, and now, Tuesday. After they arrived, they stood in front of my house for about 45 minutes to come inside, and inform us that our counters were measured wrong, and that they will have to remake everything. Before them coming to the house, they had came, and measured twice, on one occasion, and then again on another occasion to double check everything. Not really sure why, things didnt work out, but whats more frustrating is the fact that this company wont take responsibility or acknowledge damages that has now taken our family. we have tried contacting them for a resolution, however, they have been very hesitant to keep communication strong. We have been without a kitchen for a week, and as I write this review, our kitchen is destroyed with no countertops. Very disappointed with this company, and I will never recommend to anybody.
