Horrible Customer Service with ridiculous return policies. Company will not allow returns at all of certain items. For those items that they will allow returns of, they make the customer pay for return shipping & will only give you store credit for your return. These policies are NOT stated to you during the checkout process. Wish I'd never ordered from them.Review from Jessica T

BUY BEWARE I wish I could put zero stars for simple addiction, I bought leggings and they sent 2 wrong size and others along with them are thin and see through, I asked for refund, I want my money back. They said no refund, I could send unworn and unwashed leggings back at my own expense for store credit. Very rude customer service. Bad quality. I don't ********** credit, I don't want anything else from that shop, I want my money, and then they blocked me on ******** only way I could get in touch. BUYER, BEWARE: Just like everyone else, I purchased some items from this website and never received them. About a month into it, I contacted them and said I hadn't received my items. They seem to **** packages as delivered so that you can't file a claim with PayPal and ask for your money back. They wouldn't provide me with tracking or anything to help my case.Review from Rachel S

Honestly customer service was great for me but product quality not so much. ordered a S/M in like 4 different leggings and capri leggings all but one pair either pulled apart at the seams or got holes in the middle of the legs or ****. They replaced the first two pairs as long as I sent them pics. The others I decided to try a size up which was L/XL and they were HUGE on me so I know it wasn't a sizing issue.Review from Delvel

Have loved these leggings for years, they really are the best but customer service has gone downhill. Last time I had an issue years ago, they were great and gave me a label to fix the issue. This time, the sewing on one pair was badly designed and they wouldnt pay for shipping for me to return them, nor would they provide me a code to cover shipping to buy a different pair. She offered me a code for $5 off of $10+, which is basically like me paying shipping anyway when I just had a $60 order. Ive spent hundreds of dollars in their leggings over the years, so aside from maybe replacing my plain black ones I doubt Ill be back. Just ordered that other pair from Leggings Depot to replace their mistake.Review from Christine G.

I have been very pleased with the leggings I have received from Simple Addiction. They are great quality, true to size and not see-through at all. I contacted customer service about my account and they were very responsive. So far I give them a 5 star rating.
