      If I could give this company zero stars I would. These guys are scamming people in regard to shipping charges. We ordered a casket and they charged us $895 additional after we had ordered the casket online and selected the free shipping because my sons funeral was in 3 weeks. When I questioned the additional charge ***** yelled at us on the phone and said, "what don't you understand, you have to pay shipping!!"We paid it because they were holding the casket hostage, but when I found out that there are multiple other casket companies that do not charge shipping of any sort. Their website says, "you may be charged extra for shipping" but we didn't think this applied to us because we selected the free shipping on the website. FREE SHIPPING SHOULD MEAN FREE SHIPPING!!! I ordered another casket which was exactly the same from their competitor for $400 less and had true free shipping and that casket was coming from the same place as Sky Casket was coming from. My friends, stay far far away from these scammers. They are taking advantage of people during our most horrible times in our lives and they could give two cares less. They point to their website and how it says that you "may have to pay shipping charges."I sent their casket back because it showed up in a plastic bag, not even in a cardboard box to have it shipped. It had scratches all over it and looked like the material inside was dingy looking. They're still Refusing to give me a refund, despite picking up their casket.

      I agree 100% with other folks on here. I could go on and on about Sunset Caskets, **************************************************** I will just say " ***** CLEAR " This guy is a ****!! He will rip you off. Read the reviews.

      The worst costumer service , RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. My mother passed in the beginning of COVID . I purchased a casket and after the purchase was told it would be an additional 1k plus for shipping. I spent ******** overall. FEMA came out with a program to provide a reimbursement for family members who have lost loved ones . I phoned sky casket for a receipt and was told they dont keep records for over a month and hung up on me . I was told by FEMA office to call them back because theyre a business and they have to maintain records for a few years or report them to the irs I phoned and the guy was rude and I told me I needed a favor from him. I have my bank statements with proof but they require something with their letter head on it . He hung up on me and refused to help even after stating I just loss my son to cancer . How insensitive is that . So, I was scammed because they charged me an additional grand on top golf what I paid and then they refused to provide me with the documentation that I need for fema to retrieve money that was spent in good faith

      I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. unfortunately I don't know if you called the right number. You did purchase a casket from us but we only charged you a total of $1592. The casket was $995 and then with shipping it came to an additional $597, not over $1,000 as you claim. Also you claim you spent $3261.88 on it. Again that is not what we charged you. Your total was $1592. We do have a copy of your receipt which we can send to you. I see your email in the review and we will send you a copy for your records.

      THE WORST customer service I have ever received!!At first, they were so kind and helpful towards helping us with my niece's casket for her funeral, but when plans changed so did their attitudes.We had already purchased the casket from them with ease, but unexpectedly we were informed that we were going to have to cremate her instead of a burial like originally planned. We called the phone number on the website and the man was SO rude.He told us that getting rid of the casket wasn't their problem because we had changed funeral plans, not them. Word for word that is what came out of his mouth. I understand completely that companies have return policies but the attitude was given to people who are OBVIOUSLY grieving and trying to figure out the best situation possible for their loved one was absolutely unacceptable.They were helpful when they wanted to receive our money and then when plans changes, so did their attitudes.
