I have a handicap daughter (not just handicap) in fact she has a very rare syndrome. We have hit wall after wall trying to get help for her. Just when we exhaust one option we find another option. Someone told us about UTBS (AKA UT-BS services), so we tried them. We waited months and months, and followed up multiple times. We only had a few phone conversations and we got a **** for $500. My wife asked why "I need to find out why the RARC:MA63 Missing/ Incomplete/ invalid principal diagnosis was filed. We did not come to you for A diagnosis we had that long before we came to your offices. The insurance is really good about paying for just about everything for Georgia because she has a diagnosis. I need to have someone explain in detail why this was billed the way it was and why it was billed three different times. I am not happy with the services we talked with a DR once in the phone And nothing came of any of it. We were looking for therapy that was here in town and your clinician made it pretty clear there wasnt anything they could do. There reply was Thank you for your email. I had to do some digging and it looks like this has been worked on for many many months before it was sent to you...Your detail is this The diagnosis given to the insurance was based on what the psychologist decided. While the results of the services may not have been what you were expecting, a valid service was rendered and validated by our Psychologist. I understand that you are not happy with the service you received. Isn't it wonderful to be part of a country, that if you don't like a service you can change and find the best fit for you and your family.That was the nicest way I've ever heard someone tell me to F - Off!I wish I could send them a **** for all our time and efforts wasted on UTBS.
