extended warranty was purchased on 1/08/2024it was priority one unlimited with surcharges 4wd and turbos and my turbos went out on 2/22/2024 took it to the dealership and they filling a claim on 2/28/2024 and it took they over two weeks for them to say they would honor the warranty and now they won't cover the full price of the turbos and if you call them they hung up on you or are rude not a company I would wanna to buy a Warranty from again

My torque convertor started to show signs of failure. It shudders at ***** miles per hour, so I brought it into a shop to use the warranty services I paid for, and the dealer sold me "they're the best in the business" After over 2 weeks in a shop because their process moves extremely slow. They denied my repair because it hasn't completely failed, just in the start of failure. A working transmission doesn't shudder. They told me that it would be a betterment repair and therefore isn't covered until complete failure. So instead of fixing the issue at the start of failure, which it will fail, I have to wait until I'm stranded on the side of the road to get it fixed.All in all skip this warranty if it is offered to you. Junk. Sad to see it too. Website states its a veteran owned company, so I wanted to support it. Don't believe the other reviews that are positive. I spoke with 4 different customer ******************** reps, who all told me something different and were rude to me and eventually hung up on me. Finally the last one, before I got hung up on, told me a supervisor would call me. That never happened.

I am a repair facility. We received a used transmission supplied by alpha for a **** focus. We recommended customer go with new part since no one remanufactured this part, but Alpha would only supply used. When we received this part, it failed our visual inspection. Had we ordered it we would have sent it back and ordered another one the same day. It is day 3 not counting weekend, and we have called alpha time and time again and all we are told is someone will call you back and no one ever does. This is the week leading up to Christmas and the customer most likely won't get their car back until after Christmas because we can't even get a call back to resolve this parts issue. I have not dealt with an extended warranty that has failed us and our customer with such flying colors before. Buyer beware when considering purchasing a contract through this company.
