I have spent over ***** in 2 card through pro tint ( ***** ) was the sales man and I bought a stero ,speakers, tint .rims in 2018 and they charged me 150 hour and put them in separate days so I had to take off work and leave my car for days at at time when I got my car the front speaker cut in and out and I took it back to get fixed and left my car all night and when I picked it up I was told he could not find a problem so I video it and told them I would bring it back but he told me he could not fo it right away he wsy busy and when I would call he would give me the run around and the warranty only lasted a year and I finally got it in there again and he said it was because the amp.wsd turned up to.loud and turned it down and I got in.my car and drove off and the speaker cut off again, so it has never worked I called him back and he tell me to bring it back and leave it there again which. Means I have to take off work and it is now a year later and covid hits they closed the ***** shop by the time I got it back in my warranty was over so he never fixed it .so I bought another sub to match the one I had and ask him if I spend this money are you going yo.mske sure it's installed right and ***** said yes but I drop my car off and he puts a speaker in my front seat and acted like he changed speakers out and it still cuts out and the speaker i bought he was suppose to install I got my car looked in and it was the wrong speaker and he had not gavr me the right speaker 7 months later and im paying for it and the bad install caused it to blow my other sub and hr said that he couldn't help me and my warranty for the speaker that I Have not got yet started when I paid for it ,even though he put a loaner in there with out my permission he would not give me a warranty when I got my speaker if I do,also April 2021 my 18 son got rims and speakers and tired and tint and I paid through a place that charges interest and pays pro tint but he didn't realize that when I got my merchandise and when I broght my his car back up the he told me to leave the reciept and he lost it and you have to have reciept for warranty so he was trying to be shady because the **** system my son got stopped working within 2 weeks and the tires had to be replaced they kept popping and the rim was cracked and he said that it wasn't covered but it had a warranty he just makes up rules and lies. My husband bought me a car starter for Xmas and went up there and upgraded it for 100$ hr took the car started and told us he was linkng it yo our keys but what if wr switch cars or loose ************* want or key fab..our speakers or warranty our stereo fixed or were filing a complaint and taking it to court next and wr have all.the reciepts and paper work I even have video of you not moving my car when I left it there for 2 days until the last 2 hours but you said you were working on it at the time you are a scam ,my tint bubbled now for the second time and my stereo has never worked and you won't give me my property I paid for and tell me to come over and over my time is money too and I'm sick of paying games with you I have 4 different people that's bern there and heard you say something different everyone also.my son was a minor when you sold him a contract and had me pay for it that fraud I didn't sign it you all did on line I never read any thing and you never stood by your contract or warranty the time ran out because you didn't fix it when I broght my car there and you can't start a warranty on merchandise I don't have that you didn't inform me you was putting in my car or to bring back I had to call you and to tell some one to.pay you and take thier key fab..I contacted the maker and drive because it don't connect to.my car and never had it was part of what I paid for and they said you was not suppose to take that.
