I Purchased a 2021 *********************** knowing that it was a salvage type title. I was lead to believe that it was a little front end damage. Upon receiving the vehicle we noticed that the interior had never been cleaned and there was blood and soda all over the interior, requiring a major detail. Also, the car was making a noice in the suspension and upon taking it to ***** they said that it was involved in a major accident. The lower a arm isnt attached properly, front fender isnt adjusted properly, passenger door isnt aligned properly, paint has fish eye spots in the hood, brakes were in need of replacing, passenger rear shock was leaking, driver rear caliper was leaking and now a grinding noice when in gear and traveling at low speed. I have tried to reach out for help and nothing returned. The vehicle was said to have an inspection by a certified inspector and if so, that person should be fired. I am very disappointed especially because we traded in a newer, perfect bronco. I have already spent an additional $2500 on repairs and it will need a lot more to make it right. And that is all Id like, is a vehicle that is what it was supposed to be as advertised.

The salesman, "Ishmael" came out to show me and my wife the car we chose to test drive, & after watching him bring out jumper cables and jump starting the car... We were both shocked at his excuse, as to why he used the jumper cables... and his response was, "Oh, you know, the weather this time of year, as you know is very cold, and this car has been sitting for a while, so I had to use the jump start method... After that response, I shook his hand and thanked him for his time... But, I forgot, "or" he actually forgot to hand me back my driver's license and kept it. Well, I've been calling their office 3 times a week since, and they keep telling me it's in the mail. The 3 weeks later ******* says that it must have been a clerical mistake, and somebody forgot to drop it, or lost in the office... I honestly could tell by his reaction of me and my wife leaving abruptly, that he was just **** hurt about the whole ordeal...

We bought a truck from AutoSavvy 2 years ago. We knew it was a branded title and that it had been in a wreck. We asked about the damage to the vehicle and they said that the damage had all been repaired. Today it is all rusted out and now will cost us over $7,500 to make the repair that they said had been done. They just put lipstick on a pig to make it appear that the repairs they reported had been done so that they could sell it and maximize their profits. We would NEVER buy from them again. We were dissatisfied with our purchase right from the start. When we bought it we thought that it would come with gas in the tank, nope - there was just enough gas to make it to the gas station. We do not know how they stay in business and hope others are not duped like we were.

Dont recommend buying a car from this place. Havent had it for a year yet and I keep bringing it back for multiple issues. They supposedly replaced my motor *********** to break again, and cant even supply me with the proof of the new motor and where they got it from. Warranty has denied my coverage and says the dealership is responsible. So Ive wasted $1500 on warranty coverage. Unfortunately vehicles been down for over a month and dealerships been telling me theyre waiting on corporate for a response. Their customer service number has ignored my messages over a week now, and cant even get in contact with the *** This dealership has messed with my livelihood and its absolutely unacceptable to keep giving me the run around at this point. Worst experience ever buying a car.

Update 1/1/24:I was contacted by ***** from auto savvy customer service for the issues Ive had with my vehicle. I got quotes and sent over pictures and info with a repair bill totaling $1800. Im convinced that customer service only reaches out to fish and see how cheaply they can get a poor review changed into a positive one. Ive been ghosted by customer service after providing these numbers. Stay clear of this business A few comments I had regarding the purchase for anyone looking for a new car. Dont buy one of these cars at night. I did and the next day found a decent amount of trim work missing, worn dash panels, clips missing, the wrong door panel was put back on the car during the rebuild so there is one panel that doesnt match on the interior, the car was filthy on the inside, alignment needed, window chips, brakes, air filters and oil change needed. Ive grown up around cars so some of these issues arent a big deal to me, but for others could add $1,000 or more to an already overpriced car.Rebuilt titles can have a lot of issues so buy a brand you trust with the least amount of downside risk possible. I paid about $1800 more than the carfax report says the retail value of the car is. Id expect it to be near perfect. The car had not been serviced prior to sale, although I was told it was. Dont assume fluids are up to date otherwise you will be driving 15k on an oil change thats over a year old. Between the accident, insurance auction and rebuild the car typically sits for a year. All in all, be prepared to spend money right away on these cars and negotiate that assumption into the price. I didnt have a bad experience, but Im not wowed by my vehicle or the savings from buying new or clean title.

They sold me a car and a dream. The finanace mananger sold me a very expensive car under the premise of including my personal loan payoff into the deal to collect my trade in that was used as collateral on the loan. Instead he intentionally wrote a less amount on the paper work, only paid half of the loan, took my trade in & left me paying the balance of the loan plus the high Carnote. He even documented his error and after ************************************************** did I say the guy quit only a couple of days after my purchase? The least they can do is stand on what their employee promised & what they agreed to. This is ridiculous & unfair!

If I could give a negative star, I would. As with all of the reviews below, seriously DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS! We had previously purchased a car from AutoSavvy, not the ********** location, but from another dealership. The car has been great! So to say I'm incredibly disappointed with this purchase is an understatement. My husband located and purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram **** at the end of September. He flew, FLEW into ******* from *** to pick up the truck, all was great! Drove it to South *********** where we have family and arrived Friday evening. Got up the next morning to take the truck to see the kids and it wouldn't start. We should have had them come get the truck right then and there, because it has been a nightmare since. The dealership sent a tow truck and went to a local repair shop. It was the batteries, both were replaced and we were on our way, or so we thought. My husband was returning to *** and got to Mandeville when all h*** broke loose. The steering went out, so he turned around. Almost got back to ******** and had to stop and call a tow truck. The truck has NEVER left the shop because they kept finding things wrong. The truck was never repaired properly after a front end collision. So Autosavvy came and got the truck late December to fix it themselves. Well we still haven't seen the truck. We are now into four months of truck payments and haven't even seen the truck. **************** is non-existent. We are nearly at the point where we will seek legal advice and contact our lender to see what we can do. At this point, we are afraid to bring the truck back to ***! What else is going to go wrong??? We thought this was a good company because of our first purchase, but that must have been a fluke as they are not a good company to purchase from. Save yourself the heartache, stress, time and money, go else where and do your research!

I'm not gonna be overdramatic, but seriously, just don't do business with these people, any savings isn't worth your pain. They do not care about their customers, and their communication is among the worst if not the worst that I've ever seen from a business. That's really sad considering that communication is the number 1 thing a dealership needs to get right. Long story made short, I had an issue with the car I'd bought less than a month prior and they were quite unreachable; Phones either ringing endlessly or always going to a voicemail which of course went unanswered; Email as well. When I drove 45 min to go in person, they were confrontational and dismissive of my concerns and only after over an hour of a run-around did they agree to fix the vehicle (after I tried to return it). Managers were unapologetic and snarky and like I said, just don't have a concern for their customers. I wouldn't even usually say such a thing but, when you're spending thousands, you expect more. Go to CarMax, trust me.

Traded in a 2020 Silverado for a 2018 ***** civic for better fuel economy and within first 24hrs the check engine light came on and all the lights on the dash came on. I took car back the following Monday since they were closed on Sunday, and they stated it was a temporary code. Again within 24 hours the light came on again and i called service department and they said it'll take 2 weeks to even look at the car. I took it to a ***** Dealership, and they stated the car should not have been sold, the rear brakes had less than 1mm of pads remaining and also the turbo was no good, estimated repairs would cost over 4k. I've tried reaching to sales, customer service and ********************** with no avail. If I could give 0 stars I would.

i recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership & within two months my car is already in their shop for a blown head ************ they want me to come out of pocket first by paying $7000 to replace engine & the extended warranty only wants to cover ****. My car has been with the dealership for 4 months!!!!! & They are just now telling me this. I feel ripped off for having this beautiful car already at fault! Have tried to contact ****** The manager several times to work something out sooner & would never return my calls. Horrible *******************
