Had an appointment to buy a car. They pulled the credit of myself and my co-signer. I told them the day before I would be in FOR MY APPOINTMENT to buy the car. They sold it to someone else, saying "It's first come, first serve". So not only did I lose out on the car, they hurt my credit and my co-signers.Not only will I never recommend them, I actively encourage you to go somewhere else. Even if just to save your credit rating.Sales person was good, managment leaves much to be desiredReview from Arnel L

My son owns a 2017 Mazda 3 it had a crank no start. He had intalled a brand new fuel pump and fuel sensor (attached to the fuel rail) but problem still exist. The car was towed to *** Dahle ****************************** The service person (****), was told what parts was replaced. The following day **** called and explained to my son and that there is leak on the fuel sensor and a new one is needed, $784. We agreed for the replacement. The next day we were informed by the mechanic, ****** that a new fuel pressure regulator, $1000 part is the cause of "crank no start". ****** also mentioned that there are fuel in the railings but no pressure. I ok'ed the part to be ordered to arrive in 3 days. The next day my son gets a call from service ***** that a new fuel pump is needed. My son was so upset, we explained that a brand new pump was already installed and ****** confirmed that the pump was good!!! These people are taking my son for a fool. He had the car towed back home without a resolution and out $784 for part that probably wasn't needed. Beware of this shady repair shop at *** Dahle!!!!! Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Review from Heather S

I had the typical yoyo financing trick pulled on me. I told the salesman ( whose name I will spare) upfront I had zero time to waste. I left with a car I had the wrong registration to and no documentation for ( I was very adamant the salesman insisted I was definitely approved and was it had zero mechanical issues). 1 day later he contact me via Email asking if I had any mechanical issues I replied yes which was strange because I have no documentation of there being and mechanical problems is says in excellent condition. I pay for the repairs and the down-payment that day. The very next day the salesman says his manager wants the car the " bank" ( Which he has yet to disclose after questioning numerous times what Institution) wants more proof of income. I then inform my salesman I no longer want the vehicle I would just like my money back and for the service I put into it. My salesman then says " they will give me a lender car until the following Monday". It's Monday I have returned the lender car a day early I've had it for 2 days. Both of the cars are at *** dahle ****** due to the lender breaking down in the middle of the highway which I was told had zero issues and was told I didn't need documentation for since I was supposed to swap vehicles. They had no regards to my safety and insist on keeping my money.Review from Jesus S

I have been contacting Mazda ************************** for an issue that several Mazda dealers have caused a while back, and up to today, I still haven't received a resolution other than ignoring my problem. I have provided all the information they need, and they still have not got back to me with a solution.Review from Steve Z

I bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 1/27/2023 for $4,000 from them. The next day the check-engine light was on. I sent it out for repair. I paid $1,861.19 and drove it back on 2/8/2023. The next day the check-engine light was on again. I sent it out again for repair. Drove back on 2/16/2023 after paying $946.05. But the light went on again the next day. The last diagnosis told me the engine need to be replaced. The cost would be $8,629.99. They sell a salvage car to me by definition. Don't trust them! I don't envy them because what you do to others will be done to you multiplied.Review from John L

We have purchased 3 cars from Dahle Mazda in Murray. The first two were perfect and we were proud owners of those cars.We contacted them within a month when the 3rd, recently purchased car had an engine light come on. I contacted the sales manager who had the service department reach out to me, we paid them to assess the problem and the service department told us that we needed to have the engine replaced. They quoted $7,500 to put in a used engine with over 70k miles on it (the ruined engine had 79k miles) and they'd give us a 1 year warranty on the engine. I contacted several other places and the local **** dealership said they would put in a NEW engine (0 miles on it) for $6,250. I was shocked! So I felt, incorrectly, that I had a trusting relationship with them. I thought that, even if they didn't give us a warranty, they certainly would have checked something like whether a major defect existed in the car before taking it in as a trade and before putting it back out to sell because they have a multi-million dollar service department and checking whether the engine was ruined required just a compression test to see if it was seriously defective. So I felt that their behavior was a betrayal of that trust I had naively had in them. And then to have them quote more to do the repairs with a used engine than we paid to have a new engine put in was a very disappointing discovery.I think they should be ashamed at their failure to insure we didn't have to immediately correct a very expensive defect. The sales team got their commissions. The owners got their profit from the sale. And they got it from a trusting customer who essentially had to pay a lot more for their car than an ethical business would have allowed to happen.Sadly I warn future customers about Dahle Mazda: caveat emptor!
