Horrible service!! I wish I could give them “0” stars!!! I got misinformation from them from previous staff members and from emails that went back and forth between yesterday and today. I called them today and spoke with David, who is supposedly a manager. He was absolutely horrible!! He didn’t listen to me at all, but rather he made several assumptions, had zero empathy, was just flat out rude and unprofessional and condescending!! And, to top it off, he hung up on me. Unfortunately, I was unable to solve my problem and have to lol at a completely different solution, which won’t involve them. Think twice before working with these folks.Review from Katherine P

Just finished their bookkeeping course and it was very informative. I feel a lot more competent and it fills in the blanks from my college accounting course. I am taking a bunch of their other courses to be well rounded. They also have very polite and responsive customer service.Review from KIMBERLY Z

they LIED about a 399 refund. got rid of my access. sent me 2 BS emails. chase didn't show any refund. also, i paid ******. i told them i couldn't find this "refund". sent me some random image that wasn't related to me me ata ll. this is because i complained it's too difficult and unfair that they don't offer partial credit. i can't complete these assignments. the instructor isn't helping much.assignments are too difficult and confusing. instructor is not providing much help. i had originally ordered quickbooks w/guide and it came w/a syllabus along w/ explanation that you have, at most,a year to pass exam. after i got done studying, it turned out they didn't have an exam for that. they let me use this other course ($499 for previous "course") for free. (additional fee for shipping) section reviews and quizzes are doable. however, their assignments .... i can only get partially done, but don't get credit or graded partially for it. they're mandatory
