**** and *** truly are the best. We had tried 5 other salons before finally going to them and staying around as regulars. My daughter gets nail art everytime and they do wonderful work doing their best to match her picture. They also are very accommodating and wonderful when it comes to customer service. I have never been more comfortable in a salon. The deposit is nothing and it's understandable that they do it due to the amount of no call no shows they end up with and how it affects their livelihood. Along with that their deposit policy is posted on the counter as you come in the door, so you know. **** and *** are the best in town and I refuse to say otherwise.

I had made an appointment a week in advance and paid a $25 deposit. I showed up early to my appointment and showed the guy what nails I wanted and he let me know that he wasnt able to do those nails and that he didnt have the product to do them. I was completely understanding and asked if **** could do my nails since I know she also works there, he said no shes busy and I was very willing to work on coming back later so I could get my nails done bc I didnt want to cancel my appointment. He let me know that it was just too busy and I wasnt going to get my deposit back even though hes the one cancelling my appointment bc he cant do the nails?? **** then comes out and starts yelling at me and informs me that I am an annoying customer and she doesnt wanna talk to people like me I asked what she meant by people like me and she said annoying people like you. Zero customer service and they dont know how to talk to people. I was so calm and understanding the whole time, just wanted my deposit back bc my nail artist was the one cancelling, not me. They have zero policies to ensure that customers arent just paying a deposit and then getting cancelled on last minute by the nail artists bc theyre unable to give the service. Absolutely beyond disappointed as Ive been a returning customer, will never come back here.
