      These guys are fantastic!! We had a blowout on our RV. They were there within the hour. While changing the inside tire of the dually, he saw our brakes were shot. He showed my husband and said they could do the repairs Monday and have us on the road same day. This was Friday around 5:30 at night. He called the shop to make sure they had the parts and ordered the one they didn’t have to be delivered Saturday morning. Got there at opening and they took our RV in right away. They let us get into the rv while in the shop to get water glasses and books. They brought out the parts as they came off and let us take pictures. We don’t. Have a towed so they had a nice young lady bring us to a restaurant so we could eat lunch. Then sent her back to pick us up. All the work was done at the price quoted and they had our new spare bought and mounted. Super place and people. Would get all our repairs done there if we lived in the area.

      By my experience this company is cruel, unprofessional, reckless and opportunistic. They charged double of what the other companies in the area charge and do not provide the service. Unfortunately when in need of a tow truck there is little one can do until after the fact. Anyone in need of towing services would be much better served elsewhere. In my research of the area after our incident, I found that my experience is very common and that they are generally know as a less than respectable company.

      We received a call from *** around 10 pm to dispatch us to a breakdown. As we were enroute, we received an additional call from *** telling us that the call was being fraudulent as someone was attempting to use another member’s account, the call was now cancelled on their end. While on the phone with ***, dispatch received a call from a gentleman requesting service for a breakdown. Our driver continued to the location as he was already enroute. He stated his wife, and two children were stranded on the interstate. When we arrived, the lady stated that she had a dog. Our driver explained that our policy doesn’t allow animals in any of our vehicles, unless the animal is a service dog. Our driver asked if the dog was a service dog and was told it was not. The woman stated she would ride in the van with the dog, the children rode in the tow truck. The call was paid for and taken care of at the drop off location. The next day the woman arrived at our office. She proceeded to curse and yell at our front office receptionist requesting a receipt. This interaction is on video and phone recordings. She was very disrespectful and refused to have any conversation without yelling. Her husband then called and talked to the owner of Dad’s Truck & Auto. He stated, “you should accept the fact of a woman telling you to f!@# off.” The husband was concerned and thought that our policy should be changed to inform customers when they call that we do not allow pets in our vehicle. We feel the women was agitated with having to spend three hours on the side of the road, as she had first attempted to use her mother’s *** account membership. Both the man and woman were very rude and out of control when speaking to the owner and the employees of Dad’s.
