      On September 30th I rented a storage unit from Kangaroo Self Storage online for $146.00. This was for a storage unit 10X10. After going to the unit and trying to put my stuff in I found out the unit was not a 10X10 and my stuff would not fit. The door garage door blocked the top making it a 5x10 and the top did not go all the way to the top so only half of the storage was a 10x10 (see picture 1). I then contacted the business on October 4 and asked for a refund of $131.00 as per stated on their website. I received no answer and then contacted then again on November 4th no answer. I am still waiting for a refund.

      i got my storage with kangaroo on 11/12/2021, when i first got it was $71.43, then after that it went up to $89.10. i have been paying the $89.10 on time every month. since 2021 you can not get ahold of them. i have been trying to call them and text them they gave me 3 different phone numbers. i have called them numerous times i get no answer i can not leave a voice mail because they r full. i was paying through open tech alliance and now that is closed down. i had wrote a check to kangaroo storage on 12/07/2022 for $89.10 they have not depoisted it at all. they changed the name of the storage to frontier self storage i have been trying to get ahold of them at the same numbers they tell me to call them at. i have droven out there numerous times nobody is there. now they are wanting me to pay $109.10 here is the 3 numbers they gave me. (307)635-9909, (307)637-7800, and (307)271-6171. my phone number is (307)414-0047.i have been calling to get it taken care of but they do not answer how am i suppose to get it taken care of when they do not answer and noone is in the office. they will not take a payment over the phone. i have been trying all morning and after noon today which is 1/04/2023. what am i suppose to do i need help for this situation thank you Terry Grooms.

      I have received two emails from the business in the last two months stating that my storage unit has no lock and will be considered abandoned after 3 days. I have checked the unit each time and the lock is in working order. I have attempted to contact the business 3 times via email and through their website with no response.

      I have been attempting to contact Kangaroo Self Storage on College drive since June 2022. I have been attempting to pay my bill since June 2022. I am unable to use the outside kiosk or their online platform. I’m assuming because my bill is late. I have attempted to call multiple times with no response. I have gone out to the unit to make inperson payment, where on the door it states “due to staffing issues there is no one in the office email ************************** with questions concerns etc” I did that along with photos of my attempts to pay the current month and last months payment. I have yet to receive a response. July rolls around and the same ensues, unable to use the kiosk, online platform, no one in the office to speak with, the phone just rings and rings. I also receive an email that my unit is delinquent and will be auctioned if payment isn’t received. But the email says I can’t use credit card or check. I emailed both [email protected] and ************************** again. Still no response. My storage unit is overlocked so I can’t go get my stuff. How do I make my payment? I can’t use the outside kiosk, or the online platform, im not dropping anything in the box since there is no one there, especially cash since it seems to be my only form of payment at this point.

      Yes.  The complaint has been resolved.  Kangaroo self storage/**** ***** stated he never received any emails and would look into the issue. There continues to be no way to personally speak with anyone at the office. Leaving you at the mercy of lost e-mail and junk e-mail folders.
