I wasn't happy with the initial consultation and was charged an excessive amount. I called and cancelled my follow up appointment with a woman named Aspen and she'd told me she'd take care of it. I get my bill and am charged 50.00 for the appointment I supposedly missed so I called and told them. I again spoke with Aspen who was EXTREMELY rude and said there was nothing she could do for me. I told her I didn't miss my appointment and she's the one I cancelled with. She again said she wouldn't do anything for me. So now apparently I have to pay for it or it goes on my credit report.Business response

We apologize for any confusion this situation has caused. It is our standard office policy to charge a missed appointment or short notice cancellation fee of $50.00. We strive very hard to accommodate our patients if they have to cancel an appointment. We are happy to except any errors on our part if this was one of those situations. We will remove this charge from your ledger.
