            They are nice guys, but have a lot of excuses for why the product they pitched didnt work. Blamed it on the guy that sold them the product. Ultimately they are responsible for the product they sell. They dont follow up when asked why the sheen on the driveway fades so quickly. No response. Major cracks in the garage and driveway. It was originally presented that the surface they applied was flexible. Not so much. Again, it was the fault of the person that trained them. We gave them a break to try to repair the cracks, instead of replacing the driveway. Repairs lasted for a few months. Cracks crumbled and the coating they applied to the natural sone faded. My driveway looked horrible.Contacted *********************, the owner about a solution for the sheen on the driveway. He texted me that he would have to think about it and get back to me. He never responded. Disappointing. $10,000 later, not what I expected.

            ****, you neglected to mention that we told you before hand that we cannot warranty the cracks as we cannot control ground movement, as well as the fact that we came back and recoated the driveway at our cost. We have since stopped offering said service, and the company supplying and training for said product has since gone bankrupt.
