I bought a new car the person I bought the car from is a family member and they took it to Anderson to have cleaned and detailed well Anderson took some parts out of the car such as the tray that goes in the center consul as well as the cupholder piece and the rubber pads that go on all of the consuls! They had the car all day long and still when I got the vehicle back all of the stuff was missing so I had to go back to the dealership after we already paid $210 for the service that was just a once over on the car , so upon going back to the Anderson detail shop the lady did find a couple of the rubber mats as well as the cupholder piece but could not locate the tray that goes in the center consul and took my phone number and said she would get back to me and never did nor did they answer the phone when I tried to call all day long,Bureau response
