This company installed two heating and cooling units. The extended warranty was purchased. They refused to come and service the units after they were installed. The owner was very rude and used vulgar language with me. I believe they willingly pushed us in to purchasing damaged goods. We initially picked a different set of units but they kept pushing the Ameristar brand said it would be faster for them since they already had them. The systems have not worked properly since the dates of installation. We have utilized the warranty and even the company agreed that we were sold bad products. They were very slow on the install process only worked 2 to 3 hours a day and never showed up on time. We have had to call multiple HVAC companies because no one wants to work on this brand. The units will work for a short time then stop and not come back on for a few days. It seems no one really knows why other than they are most likely bad units. I would like to have them replaced if possible with a better brand and company that actually takes pride in their work.
