Sissonville Used Cars sold me a lemon of a vehicle and I would like to be refunded for the purchase of the vehicle and compensated for the lack of travel as the primary function of the vehicle was to get to and from doctors appointments. The vehicle in question being a 2011 ********** Endeavor all wheel drive that had a part in the back end needing to be repaired less than a month after I got it. The part in question being rusted and broken beyond repair according to ****** body shop and paint before I even bought the vehicle. Sissonville Used Cars said it would be covered in the insurance they strongly recommended I get. They made it clear without the Superior Protection coverage plan they would not sell me the vehicle. The part of the vehicle in question being the rear suspension cross member. ******** body shop and paint was looking for replacements parts however it as well as many other places explained that do to it being a special edition it may not be able to be replaced. ********** itself has stopped making the part and trying to find one at various junk yards and dealerships have provided no success. I haven't had a vehicle to use in the past 7-8 months. Sissonville Used Cars also swore they had the vehicle inspected by *** *******. The person who did the deal was the sister and not the brother in charge. I seek what I have paid and I want credit acceptance paid because they helped fund the financial purchase of the vehicle. I have surrended the car back to credit acceptance but they say the car is none repo-able. They refuse to go get it from ******** paint and body shop.
