      Bought a mobile home from this company and they had a year to complete the work that had to be fixed that the manufacturer did wrong and from what the move did to the home They had been slowly completing some of the work but drug it out by keep putting me off and rescheduling everytime. And I had asked them if they would.come back even after the year was up to complete the work and they said as long as it was reported before the time was up. And now the year is up and they want communicate back with me.

      We have been in constant contact with this customer, I am unsure what the complaint is about, I have sent everything to factory they will be taking over from here. Clayton Homes is *** warranties home, we just service for them, Once a complaint of this matter is filed, we hand over to them.  I have the text messages from customer where we are in contact and my service manager. If anything needs sent in please let me know.

      We ordered a Doublewide in September 2020. It came in April 2021. It was ordered wrong, it had walls up and a pantry which was not supposed to be there, there was an electric stove instead of a gas stove, there was a microwave and open cabinets instead of a hood vent. There are other smaller issues that are common issues when getting a home delivered. They have finally taking the walls down this was done in December 2021 but nothing else has been finished and we have argued with them and argued with them and I cannot get them to come finish my home. It has been a year this month since my home was set. I have emails proving I’ve tried I have screenshots of phone calls that was never returned, etc. When they came in December and took out the walls they left the walls laying in my front yard and never return to pick them up.

      We have addressed the issues Mrs ***** has had trying to help. The manufacture shipped her home wrong, and getting parts and supplies during Covid was almost impossible. She threatened an attorney on Friday and when that is threatened ******* nor I am allowed to proceed with anything, From here on it has to be handled between her attorney and ********. If they feel I need involved they will contact me.  Again I am sorry this happened, everything she is complaining about was an upgrade, she received for free.

      Bought my home from s&m homes in Princeton wv in november2020. House was delivered in March of 2021.I payed around 120,000 for home. It has been hard to get there people to fix issues with house in a timely manner because they’re working on someone else’s home.if you read the numerous complaints against them, once you’re year is up they will not come back and fix existing problems.these are some complaints I have. 1. Plywood on floor coming up 2. Nails showing on roof shingles, numerous nails are exposed have been caulked over,caulk is cracking due to weather exposing nails,some shingles have asphalt rubbed off them. All these things are going to cause leaks soon. 3.holes in Sheetrock over top of all cabinets 4. Can see seams in Sheetrock, was told they can’t be fixed 5. Sheetrock cracks have been fixed numerous times and places look bad because they aren’t fixed right 6. Trim around walls coming loose 7.trim on cabinets fall off 8. Cabinet doors need replaced, keep bringing wrong doors 9. Return vents in doors, screws strip out and fall out 10. Siding falls off or drops down 11. Several places in linoleum bubbled up 12. Main wall in living room you can see whole seam like boards are pushing Sheetrock out, has been worked on 3 times and not fixed

      We have been to ** ******* home over 7 times. All the issues ** ****** has mentioned would fall under ******* ****s warranty, not S&M. I am not been aware of these issues, if he would prefer someone else or he thinks we are not quick enough for all his issues he can call the manufacture or we will turn his issues over to them. I have all the signed sheets where he signed off on numerous repairs he is mentioning here that was completed. He is still under warranty there is no issues repairing them, but everything has to be scheduled. I am attaching the manufacture number and they will be handling this from here on. ** ****** can let me know how he would like me to proceed.

      I was told that we have a 1 year warranty with S&M homes when I purchased the home. They have been to my home but the issues they have came to fix still are not fixed. We have tried to contact ******* ***es many times and they blow us off. If the warranty is wit* ******* ****s  why has S&M homes service man been that one that has come to my house. Also if she was not aware of the issues why has someone that works for S&M been the one that has came to my house. She also mentions papers that I signed off on which if she has those she is aware of the problems.  We have had other issues that have come up and we tried to get into contact with the service man that works for S&M but we get no answer from him or he says that he got called and has to go work on someone else’s home and would have to come another day.
