Financed a 2022 CF Moto Z-Force 800 Trail from Roy's RV Supercenter, LLC on May 29, 2023. The machine was a new UTV. The machine currently has 417 miles on it. It was last serviced by Roy's RV Supercenter, LLC at 300 miles. The machine had a severe metal grinding noise in mid March of this year 2024. I contacted Roy's RV and was told the machine is covered 100% under the existing one year warranty and to bring the UTV to their dealership to get checked out. I took the UTV to Roy's RV on Saturday March 30, 2024. I was told by Roy's that the issue is covered under warranty and the issue is no fault of mine. They stated that if the engine needs replaced, there is an 8 month waiting period from the manufacturer ** ****. They stated that they would reach out to ** **** to check with them about buying the UTV back. On Monday April 8, I called Roy's to get a status on the UTV. I was told the machine had metal internally in the engine and would require a new engine after they investigated the initial issue. I asked if they had heard anything back from ** **** in regard to buying the machine back from me. I was told that they had not. I followed up with Roy's again on Wednesday April 10 with the same status check. I was told the same response as before. I continue to make payments to ********* **** in the amount of $213.71 per month for a faulty machine that can't be utilized. My statement balance is $10,230.42. At the time of financing, I paid $820 cash for a down payment. I need help in finding a resolution.Business response
