I was contacted by ********* ******* ********* ****** ******** ****** • a division of McMillion Research LLC **** ******* ****. East, Suite *** • Charleston, WV ***** ************ ***** * ************ *** * ************ toll free, regarding a diaper IHUT on two occasions. I used the product and completed the surveys. I was promised a reward after completion of the studies. After I contacted mindfield online regarding the delay in receiving the incentives (i believe each study was $75), they absolved themselves of responsibility. They said they were perfoming the surveys for a different company and I should contact the other company. i asked them for this "Other company" contact information and they did not respond. Mindfiled contacted me directly for the diaper study and they refuse to pay me. Further, they are now claiming a different company is respsonsible, yet they refuse to forward me that contact information.Business response

We conduct many large in-home product tests and use multiple online panels as recruitment sources to find the participants we send product to and survey about their experience. I can confirm Mr. ******** participated in a two-part diaper study. We have also confirmed this with Mr. ******** through our helpdesk. His participation and completion of those two studies is not in question. He is due the promised incentive from the panel who provided him access to our study. He was recruited to us using a company callede ***** ****. They were one of 9 companies used for recruitment in a series of diaper tests. They own the relationship with Mr. ********. Our company does not. We are not familiar with the resources they use to obtain their participants as many use a number of different online entities and advertising to create their panels. We are also unaware of the incentive structure and what was offered Mr. ******** for completion of the surveys he was passed to us for. In our recruitment, we obtain personal information that allows us to send the products to be tested and email our follow-up surveys to the participants. We are only allowed to us this information for the purposes of the one product test. Examples of these emails were attached by Mr. ********. Those attachments clearly communicate that they are follow-up surveys and state that upon completion we will pass that information so the participant can be incentivized as promised. Mr. ********'s recruitment ID from ****** **** ** ****** **** *** ***************************************. We notified ****** **** on Mon 12/4/2023 12:07 PM regarding Mr. ********'s completion of the first part and Thu 1/11/2024 11:12 AM regarding the completion of the second part.
Best,
*** ****

We have provided the ID number provided to us by ****** **** along with their website. Using the contact page he should be able to find a path to resolution. Again, we do not own Mr. ********** empanelment and only have a one-time use agreement with ****** ****, contact beyond that is not granted to us. He must pursue resolution with them. As stated, we do not even know what he was offered to participate and the $75 he suggested is more than we’ve paid them. There is nothing else we can do in this matter. I wish him well.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.McMillion administered two studies over several months and promised on multiple occasions that I would be paid after the study closed. Now they say they have nothing to do with it. They want me to contact a foreign company based in India to receive compensation. Very dishonest. They were paid but refuse to pay the people doing the work.
Regards
******* ********
