I was a patient of Aspen Dental in Barbourville WV. They made me an upper denture. and was relined twice and then told there was nothing else to be done. In April of this year, I saw a local dentist to fix a chip on another pair of dentures and show him the one that I bought from Aspen Dental. He never works on them and said they were. maid to small and the walls were too short and. they are unweariable. HE NEVER WORK ON THEM! After I contacted the office, I was told since I saw another dentist the contract was voided even though the dentist did not work on the denture. I would like to add the last time I saw Aspen Dental they said there was nothing could do to make the denture fit better. my account number is. ********Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Aspen Dental has NOT contacted.me at all or sent any response to the last correspondence..

9-10-21. Had appointment at 8 am. I arrived at 7:50. I sat down because the receptionist had a sign out saying have a seat we will be with you shortly. So I did . 45 minutes later I asked how much longer until I see the dentist. She then informs me that oh I see you on there but it’s to late you will have to reschedule. I drove two hours to get there at 7:50 am. The receptionist was very arrogant and told me yes I see you on here but you will have to reschedule because I didn’t see u. I was setting right in front of the receptionist. Maybe 5 foot in front of her. She proceeded to call everyone back but me. She deliberately didn’t sign me in. I was there for work on a abscess tooth. Very unprofessional. She clearly intentionally skipped over my appointment untill it was to late ( she says ) to see a dentist. The receptionist name is ****** ****** Before her supervisor ******* ******* came to the front she took her sign down telling people to have a seat.Business response
