Husband is 35 years veteran airforce both Afro American whom been renting from Rueschproperty **************** *********, almost 3,yrs been given notice of eviction and not giving any reason. Why we bein put out , we pay rent not breaking any lease rules guidelines notice we come home with eviction tape in front are door. I'm very embarrassed. we no we paid rent so . I immediately contact ****** the manager don't have family anywere No money to relocate we paid over $5000. Movers movin 4 hours await ****** don't care ,My Husband requested meeting. With ******* and *****. the owner ruesch and ******* said she ************************* made decision , me my. Husband had a meetings almost 2 yrs ago ******* promise my husband repairs on are townhomes and ***** her maintenance man told my Husband ******* and ***** is Building them no home that has basketball gym in it so nobody having any maintenance repairs mold on my floor for 2yrs water leak. paying rent. for 3 br uses.2. Then lm hearing the other guy's on other side has p*** bagging up in basement aswell he Called health department. But my Husband spok to *********. Didn't contact health department. . Now bein put out on street , No money get are things back home milw. My Husband got I'll contact *****. 19'terribke strain we cannot package furniture. My husband got sick went to hospital because blood pressure became this we have never been evicted before So scare Ruesch Has used my town House as sho case because my flowers in summer to rent n properties notice nobody else is moving but I'm being told Ruesch property used the law **************** don't have laws so they getting over on tenant people mistreated people and this bein little town alot them went **************** so Maintenance ***************** left all materials on floors in my 3 rd rm I'm payin rent in .Customer response

Applied on line and approved rent from different city Rent one of there New remolded 3 br town houses after 1 year pass notice Leaking threw ceiling mold on floors l contacts ruesch property office in **************** company ** different times maintenance guy would Comei fix it then maintenance came started fixture never finished ,he kept telling me husband short work he was complaining about New Home the Owners had Just purchased and they were budgeted money dues to no help, short mantance crew the guy never returned left materials Drywall inside house be **** Now it been over 1half me my husband had meetings 2 yr with contractors wife whom. Said soon spring break, works would be fix summertime came instead of repairs we received 60 day notice vacate property which gave deadlines after deadline eviction place in are name and we both on fix income from different city no family support

In regards to the complaint filed from ********************* and *******************************, we would like to correct some information that was shared with your agency.
****************** and *********************** were not given any eviction notice. They were served a 28 Day Notice terminating the lease agreement on March 30, 2023, which was served following all laws and statutes. There is no eviction filed against them at this time. We have also given them two different extensions on the original date to vacate the unit. They have been very persistently accusing our company of being disrespectful to them and there is no record of anyone within this company treating them differently than any of our other tenants.
In regards to the complaint of mold in their basement, the health department recently visited the property due to a complaint filed by *************************** and indicated there was no mold issue in the home. The original damage to that ceiling was caused by negligence by the tenants as they connected a garden hose in the laundry room to water outdoor plants and the hose leaked through the floor into the lower level bedroom. Ruesch Companies has followed up with every single maintenance request ****************** and *********************** has submitted. I believe *********************** and ****************** are now just continuously filing fabricated complaints as revenge against our company because they are not happy about the lease agreement ending.
