On april twenty seventh we asked for a quote for some repairs to our yard. I was charged $600 due before the job started then the balance upon completion. They kept putting off the job and putting off the job. They never did the job and refuse to refund my moneyBusiness response

The customer paid a deposit for ******************** due, the services were scheduled then the customer called and stated they wanted to wait until after another company performed work in her yard then shortly after that called and canceled the work. Therefore the deposit for the work was forfeited. Attached is the invoice stating the customer paid a depositCustomer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appearThis company refused to come out for 2 months to fix this issue. I had no choice but to find somebody else. And nowhere did it stay I would forfeit the deposit. That was never told to me.
