Completely agree with the reviews from **** * ********* and ********* * *********. My experience started with Brendan coming out and assuring me they would do the job with NO "out of pocket" costs to me and that they work very closely with my insurance company to ensure a smooth project. As my experience with roof damage/insurance claims is minimal I trusted what he said. I also asked him if the project exceeded the insurance reimbursement what they would do and he said Valiant "eats it", but he was very clear and so was I that I would incur NO "out of pocket" costs. No project estimate was ever forwarded to my attention and I went with Brendan saying they would do job for what insurance company pays. Wish I had recorded that conversation and certainly gotten in writing. The work was completed and then the fun began as I find out Valiant went to my insurance company with a supplemental claim for an additional $4200. The supplemental was filed and insurance company paid it as well. After going back and forth for (3) mo with both Valiant and insurance company I find out I owe VALIANT $5800 out of pocket and must pay them before insurance company will release final check. I contacted both Brendan, who says he's apologetic but there must have been "communication confusion", and Josiah who either isn't privy to what his sales team is saying to prospective customers or denies what the customer says. In either case, I had to come up with $5800 out of pocket with very little notice to get last check released, invoice paid and Warranty forwarded so I could at least ensure having received both. Warning to any new customers, get what they tell you in writing. They are very good at squeezing maximum $$ out of insurance companies and saying whatever it takes to get customers work, at my expense. Rumor within subdivision is that they are all experienced insurance adjusters and knowledgeable of how the process works while exploiting any possible chance to make a buck.

I had to have a new roof put on or my insurance was going to drop me. The Valiant representative gave me an estimate and when I told him it was out of my price range, he walked me through multiple different options until we found an option that suited me without compromising the quality of roof. Very helpful and kind to me. It was done in one day, and they cleaned up may I add!! Thanks Valiant!!

If I could have picked ZERO I would have. They started out great - really liked the sales guy - Brendan. BUT at the end I came to find out they were and are the most unethical company I have ever worked with. The sales guy lied to me in the beginning I found out. They quoted me a price and then went to the insurance company and took them for all they are worth. These are the type of companies that make the insurance go up, drop policy holders and just make it hard to do business with insurance. The guy that I ended up going back and forth with about my original quote and what they 'settled' on with insurance was a jerk (Josiah). WORST and MOST UNETHICAL company I have ever dealt with! He said it was 'OK because it wasn't actually money I had to pay, the insurance was" Sure that is true but then my policy payments will go up and I might even end up being dropped because my insurance was used and they took them for all insurance would take them for and went behind my back on what they quoted me my roof and siding would cost. It is SICK and wrong! AWFUL company! Don't use a big company like this - use the smaller local companies and make sure what they quote is truly what you will pay! Even if it isn't 'your money' it is and they truly don't feel they did anything wrong by quoting me a price then going to the insurance and telling them it was 3x more than what they quoted me! But I guess if you can live with yourself and look at yourself in the mirror each morning, I could never!

From the first call to the follow-up after the entire process was completed, we were absolutely impressed with Valiant! We are so glad we stumbled upon them as they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. They guided us through the intimidating and frustrating insurance claim process, and everything changed for the better once Valiant came into the picture. Their team's professionalism and expertise gave us the confidence that we were in good hands throughout the entire journey. Valiant Roofing was working in our neighborhood. Many Neighboring homes received hail damage on the roofs from the April 19 2023 storm. We were one of the fortunate homes and received minimal damage. We did not need a replacement, but we did have a few shingles that blew off our house. Valiant did do the repair for us. They worked quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend Vailant Roofing. Brendan ****** was very professional to work with.
