This company is great... I found them a few yrs back.... have never felt more safe then now.. they have always called me when their is an issue with my acct... my son is a first responder I got him a policy to cover him if ever needed.....andnthe videos I have learned so much.. and my son has.told me he has learned to do things better.... I know if the need is ever arises I know my back will be covered...I advise all my family and friends to.look into them... it may be for them and they may not want it... I just wish I would have found them earlier I've never been in a situation to use a company like them but they have escalated to that leval very quickly... my stress level would have been better.... I will be keeping mine and my sons policy up to.date as long as.needed....if this country keeps headed in the direction its going its only gonna get worse...

I've had USCCA for several years, and am a Elite member. Based on what other firms policies cover, I see USCCA as the premiere coverage. It's a pain the the **************** to cancel, they put my account on hold and told me it would be cancelled if they didn't hear back from me. They apparently called and left a message (never got the call or message) and reactivated it and charged me anyway! It's great unless you can't afford it anymore and want to cancel! You get lied to, given the runaround, and screwed over!!! 100% would not recommend if you don't want for a life time!

Taking the time to review the notes and phone calls on your account has given us insight into your experience and highlighted areas where we can improve our services. It's important for us to clarify that during the phone call on 1/23/2024, we never intended or stated that we would put your account on hold or suggest that it was canceled. Our goal was to offer flexibility given the circumstances leading to your decision to cancel. We proposed covering next month's fee and following up with you in March to ensure you still wished to continue your membership. We appreciate that you found this arrangement to be helpful and as promised, we reached out via phone on 3/14/2024 and left a voicemail to confirm your continued membership. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we didn't receive a response from you until your call in April, which led to the charge for March and the continuation of your membership to prevent any lapse unknowingly.We do see you reached out on 4/20/2024 to get your membership canceled over the phone. In light of the difficulties you experienced with us, we'd like to offer you a refund of $39.11 for the unexpected charge of your March membership fee. Your refund check will be sent to the updated address you provided during our conversation on April 20th, 2024. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We hope this gesture serves as an apology for any confusion caused. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

I have been a member of USCCA since 2017 and I must say, I hope I never have to call in due to a shooting. Like many of you, we are faced with increased cost for everything under the current ************************* and when that happens, you look for ways to cut cost somewhere. After doing some research and uncovering the cost I would be on the hook for, if I didn't have the insurance scared me to death, so I immediately decided to find the extra money to pay my premiums. The pricing for coverage is very low compared to what I would have to pay in a civil suit. Besides, the USCCA Staff are amazing. The training is first class, The trainers and true experts, and I feel like I am part of a team to protect my rights. I couldn't be happier, Thank you Tim************** and your awesome team for being there for me.
