This is an unscrupulous business---and they call themselves a medical practice. My husband with dementia made his way there without my knowledge. First, how any medial professional could not recognize he had something wrong is beyond me.and they got him to sign some kind of contract for $5K, of which we have no copy of. I learned of this and notified the office within 1 hour of him being there and explained that he could not legally enter into a contract, no less consent to medical treatment as he is under guardianship. This went completely ignored. After several attempts, I was finally able to speak to the ** of operations, ***************************. It seemed as if we had come to an agreement, but since then, crickets. My e-mails have been blocked (from 2 accounts), and no return calls...not even to fulfill our request for a release of records form. Stay away from this fraudulent "business"

WARNING! NuMale Medical Center made verbal promises to me that they did not keep. They cited a written contract. The written contract was given in electronic version on a tablet. I was not able to view all the terms. I notified NuMale staff of the issue and was told not to worry about it because I would be able to review a paper copy of the agreement before committing to a treatment plan. I was not given a paper copy. I was also told I could cancel my treatment plan before my first visit after my free consultation. When I attempted to cancel it, I was told no refunds. I have not received any treatment or products from NuMale Medical Center and they still will not refund my money. I’ve been working to resolve this problem since February 2021! VERY IMPORTANT: please read other reviews on Google, YELP!, and the BBB website. I am not alone in having major problems with NuMale Medical Center. IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE BUSINESS WITH NUMALE MEDICAL CENTER, DON’T. If you have done business with NuMale Medical Center and you’ve experienced issues like I have or like the others who have posted on Google, BBB, Yelp!, etc. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. You can post your own comments. I strongly encourage you to post to the BBB site for your local NuMale Medical Center as well as their corporate offices in Las Vegas, NV. That way, the most people will see the reviews and avoid this company. I learned recently that you can also write to the Attorney General’s office in your home state and they will investigate the company for any potential wrongdoing. NuMale Medical Center performs sensitive procedures for men and I think they count on men not calling them out when there is something wrong with they way they conduct business. Please consider calling them out on as many sites as you can so other men don’t have the same problems.

I paid around $5,000 and got absolutely no results. drawing blood, testing blood. changing dosages, doubling dosages for a year and no results! Fast talking con men. Save your money. You won't get any help from these guys unless you want to lose your money. Better to donate it to a worthwhile charity. These guys and this is MY personal experience, are worthless!"
