I decided to come to my initial consultation on April 04,2023 at 11am due to my sexual problem because I have been taking depression and hypertension pills for years. They told me that my consultation cost will be $79.00. They took blood and gave me a shot in the affected area for them to demonstrate on how its done and testosterone shot, they told me to go back after a week for another demonstration and shots because they want me to bring the medication with me so I can do it at home, while at the office they gave me some paper work for $4500 loan for 375 a month from ally bank. I signed the document however after 3 hours from my consultation, I decided to call Numale office to cancel my contract because $4500 is not an easy money. I assume that the shots that they gave was included in the consultation, they refused to cancel my contract they said that they already gave me the medication and no cancellation policy and also they said that they already ordered the medication. please help me regarding this matter. I also called ********* to dispute the amount but they wont help me as well.also Numale medical did not provide me any contract copy or any paper work after my consultation.Customer response

I visited NuMale to receive a consultation Feb 2022, during that visit I did provide them with my personal information such as name address and ssn. Once I obtain the information to review to determine if I want to move forward with treatment of erectile dysfunction. I never went back to the clinic for treatment. Instead in May 2022 I received a **** from ALLY Lending for $2650. I immediately called ALLY Lending to investigate account# ******************* and was advised that NuMale submit a loan application to them without my approval or consent. I then visit NuMale as well in May 2022 to explain to them that I never received treatment. They were unable to produce documents of medical services, therefore I asked them how and why are they charging me. Numale state that they would contact ALLY Lending and get this corrected. I have since received another statement from ALLY Lending June 2022 for total of $2867.60. ALLY Lending *********************************************** ph#************.Business response

There is never an instance where anyone at NuMale would be able to push a loan through on a patient that has not agreed to the loan and agreed to treatment. We consider these statements to be purposely defaming and false. We have a copy of the loan documents in question with his actual signature as well as the treatment consent contract from the same day that clearly spell out the term of the treatment program. This individual is aware of this and he has tried to dispute his loan by lying to Ally and lost that dispute. We will now take legal action for this public deformation .Customer response

[It's evident by the billing statment of ALLY that Numale submit the loan application in my name. When asked to provide medical documentation that I received treatment from them it was never produced. So how can you charge a loan amount without providing services. Numale never provided services because I never received treatment from them. As they have stated I have been to their office location with this same complaint and they refused to close out that loan that they submitted to ALLY. When I contact ALLY I'm sent back to NUMALE. This is FRAUDULANT activity on behalf of NUMALE. Resolultion is for them to zero out that loan and close the account. I never received any SERVICES. ]

NuMale does not randomly submit loan applications, any application is completed by the applicant and then if approved has loan documents that must be signed by the individual for a loan to be funded. Treatment programs at NuMale are based on a length of time and patients that join NuMale for treatments sign a contract that is clear that there are not any refund or cancelations. The medications are a byproduct of that treatment membership. That is why patients will get as much or as little treatment as they medically need during the course of the contract period. If a patient chooses not to use or pick up treatment during his membership period that is solely the fault of the patient, similar to leasing a car and letting it sit in the driveway then complaining about the monthly payments.Customer response

[It's clear that no one has ever challenged the unprofessional manner, predatory lending practices and absurb way that NuMALE treat their patients. They threaten to take me to court and I would like for them to proceed; with explaining to the JUDGE how you going to charge me for something that I NEVER RECEIVED regardless of what I may have signed. I thought I had time to think my options overs. It's apparent that I was going to be charged regardless of the lack of treatment that I DIDN"T RECEIVED. My only resolution is for NUMALE to contact ALLY and closed that loan account ASAP, or I will be forced to obtain my own legal counsel. ]

Due to HIPPA regulations we are not able to confirm or deny if this is in fact a patient or real situation. The document supplied by this individual marked HIPPA release is not signed nor does it comply with release standards. However in general terms. NuMale will always choose to comply with the terms of the contracts that are signed by patients when they choose to join us for treatments. If a patient becomes ineligible to be considered to be a patient due to a medical condition that is a contraindication then steps are taken accordingly. If the condition is not able to be verified or if not a true contraindication then the terms of the contract will stand.
We consider this matter closed.

I was offered products by NuMale Medical Center that my primary care doctor stated were not recommended for my use. I have a chronic heart condition. I never received the NuMale products. NuMale continues to charge me for the products i never received. NuMale has reported my account as delinquent to the three major credit reporting agencies and refuses to remove it after I have asked them many times. I have sent them a copy of the note from my doctor but they refuse to acknowledge it. I simply want NuMale and ************** to me from their list of owing customers.Business response

Due to HIPPA regulations we are unable to confirm or deny if this individual is or is not a patient.
In general terms NuMale does not report people to any credit agencies for positive or negative payments, if a patient chooses to finance through an outside source that financing company may do so in the event that the terms of the agreement are not met. NuMale also has will not treat or offer treatment to anyone that is not need medical fit for treatment. If during the course of treatment a patient a patient develops a condition that is contra indicated then treatment this condition would be verified by our medical directors and discussions would be had with the patients treating physician to determine the best course of treatment for the patient. If determined treatment needs to be stopped then the contract terminated and a partial refund would be considered.
It is because of these reasons that NuMale considers this to be a false complaint.

[Please type your response here.] The issues addressed by Numale have nothing to do with the fact that they disregarded my doctors note informing me that it was not recommended that I use their products. I received no treatment from Numale and will not in the future. I am not I never will be one of their patients. I should be removed from the credit reporting agencies as owing them or their financial organization anything.

If more information is needed they will request it to make the best medical determination for the patient. Due to HIPPA regulations we are not able to confirm or deny if this individual comments on being a patient. However in general terms NuMale does have locations that are located all over the United Sates of America that are able to service our patients. NuMale also has contracts with several blood lab service companies so patients can get the needed blood work when they are way from a local NuMale office. Our pharmacies are able to ship patients their needed treatments directly to them when needed. NuMale contracts are clear on the non cancelations and no refunds due to the nature of the treatments being specifically allicated to each individual patients. If this person is a patient then we would invite him to either work with our staff remotely or make the short 2 hour drive to the local office as he indicated.Initial Complaint

I have been receiving services through them for about 2 and a half years. Each year a contract is signed for another year of services. This contract highlights the services received, the costs of the services, and the length of the contract. I receive medications from them monthly. I live over an hour away from the office, so since I started going to the office, I have been told that they will ship my medications to my house- no charge. In the contracts, there is a section in there regarding paying for shipping. I have NEVER signed that I agree to pay for shipping. Oh the current contract, I did NOT sign that I agree to pay for shipping. The office has told me that there has been a change at corporate stating that now shipping MUST be paid by the patients. I have told them that a change in policy by the corporate office, does not change a signed agreement. When I asked the president of the company why they get to change a contact, he said I can either pay for shipping or pick it up.Business response

Due to the nature of medications produced by the pharmacies for NuMale treatments it is advised that the patient come and pick them up at their local office. We do not have any shipping charges to the patient when they do an in office pick up. If they want to have the medications delivered directly to them which is not always advised as they the medications can spoil if they get to hot or can not be replaced if stolen, then there will be a charge for shipping.

Due to HIPPA regulations we are not able to confirm or deny any specifics of this individual's statements of being a patient.
As stated before treatments are available for pick up at the clinic fee of charge. If for any reason the patient would like to have medications sent to their home there is a fee associated for that. If a patient had been sent medications in the past without charge we will not retroactively for the missed charges by the staff.
