To whom It may concern:The alarm on my business has not been functional since the beginning of the year due to the 5G upgrade in my service area. ******* has upgraded to 5G; my system is only compatible with 3G. You have not contacted me yet to coordinate upgrade. When I sent this same email last month, I was contacted by someone who raised a ticket (requesting that a tech come install upgrade). Today I was informed that the ticket had been closed out and instructed to call another number; I called three times, each time the call was picked up and, immediately, the call would disconnect. Thus, reaching out to request cancelation of my service and a complete refund for calendar year 2023, as Ive already prepaid for this year.Please contact me immediately to initiate the cancelation of my account I can be reached via email or alternatively via my mobile: ************.Note, I have been aware of the upgrade to 5G for years now, its incredibly disappointing that your establishment did not plan for this massive impact to service. I will also be posting this to the BBB website today.******************* ************
