Never did what I paid them for. Didn't remove all the tree logs, didn't remove a small brush area, and let coffee cups and rappers . never gave me the senor or Military discount they said they would. Never returned my phone calls. I tell everyone not to use them.Review from Donna H

Charged me $800.00 which was supposed to cut down a few small trees and remove the stumps. Stupid me should of looked before they left and I would of realized they never removed the stumps at all. Will not answer any of my calls. I honestly don't know how people like this sleep at night when they know we had just dealt with a category 5 hurricane and they take advantage of people that are already in despair.Review from Mariann M

They never completed the job as agreed to after receiving full payment (which was our mistake). Six times the owner promised to come back the next day and complete the job and never called or showed up. After 3 weeks, they quit responding. They were supposed to cut the trunks down to 4", they are 24-30". They were supposed to cut the branches & logs 16-20" so my husband could hall them in our pick-up trunk. Some branches they never cut and logs were 3-4 feet long. The manager tried to convince us that the stumps had "metal" in the middle, therefore unable to cut. They sent a guy out here, telling us that he would drill them down for another $500. Very poor customer service, not at all dependable or never completed the job as agreed

I would like to acknowledge recent work performed on our wooded lot in Brookfield by Bradys Tree Service of Waukesha, WI. They performed above my expectations and their employees were very hard working and thorough and did a fantastic job of trimming and cleanup of our wooded lot. I would recommend this company to anyone and we thank them for their excellent work.

We had Brady's Tree Service cut down an Ash tree and trim a front ****** tree. They made ruts all over our lawn and scratched our newly sealed driveway with the tracks on the front end loader. They left the ****** tree looking like a Lollypop, it was trimmed so far up. He offered to bring some topsoil and grass seed for the ruts. So far he hasn't been back. Their big truck made ruts on our neighbors lawn as they parked. We paid cash which in the end, we figured it was to avoid paying taxes. Please be advised."
