      I paid for moving services to move from my house to an apartment. I was told I would have a 3 person crew and get a discount for being a repeat customer. Only 2 people showed up. I wanted to have some of my items in the apartment and some put in a storage unit. I had all my items separated and explained to he workers which destination to put my items. When I went to unpack, a bunch of items were in the storage unit and NOT at the apartment like I asked. I needed to get a truck and dig through my storage unit the find the items. I called multiple times to get a resolution or compensation from the manager and they kept saying they would call me back and they never do. The manager told me I didn't get the proper discount for the 2 man crew and they never fixed it. This was a very poor and expensive experience. I want compensation for having to take the whole next morning, get a truck, and manually move my stuff back to the right location. I want credit for the rate being wrong.

      We did Move *** on 5/29/21 and *** is correct, he is arepeat customer.  I (*********************) was theone that did the estimate for ***.  I didquote him for 3 men at a discounted rate of 192/hr (Friends and Family) vs. thenormal $208/hr.  I quoted him for 3 menat 7 hours, which would have been for $1,344. 
      This has been a particularly difficult year for us in termsof being able to find employees, we are working at a much-reduced rate than wewere a year prior during the Covid-19 Pandemic.  On the 29th I had an unusual amount of men call in.  So, we did indeed send 2 men out to Daninstead of 3 to get started.  Upon themens arrival and walk through they informed us that they would be able tohandle it with just the two of them.  Asa result of the two men being able to handle it, we reduced Dans rate down to$156/hr for the two men.  The 2 men wereable to handle it in 6.5 hours, at a total cost to *** of $1,014, or $330 underthe original estimate.  To Dans credit heshould have had a Friends and Family discounted 2-man rate of $144/hr which wouldhave put Dans **** at $936 or $408 under his estimate.  *** is entitled to a $78 credit.
      As for the boxes arriving in the wrong locations, the men doa walk through after each location with the customer to make sure thateverything is correct, and they are ready to go to the next location.  I dont know If *** was not at the storageunit with the men or at the unload of his apartment, if he was and would havenoted the wrong boxes we would have had the men fix it that day.
