      I hired All Green lawn care to treat my lawn on 10 2 2023. The cost was ***** which I paid in full on that date to the employee ***** who did the work.after waiting for three weeks for the check to clear my bank, I called them. They said the check mustve been lost to re-issue them another check.I did re-issue them a payment check for the same amount. Surprisingly now both checks have cleared my bank. After several attempts, I finally did get to speak to somebody his name was ****. He said they would take care of the problem and issue a check back to me for *****.That was approximately three weeks ago, have called several times since to no avail.Any assistance in resolving, this would be greatly appreciated.chk.numbers **** 10/02/23 **** 10/25/23,I am asking for a refund of ***** ***********************

      I was a satisfied customer of All ******************** for several years trusting enough to pre pay for Spring and Fall treatments for 2022. The Spring treatment was performed 8/1/2022. (Statement downloaded.) I asked when the Fall treatment was scheduled and nothing was scheduled. As it was getting late for a treatment, I started calling. I called ********************, ********, Associate Nitro Green Country, **********, **. First call I actually had a person answer and I expressed my concern. I began calling weekly in the month of Dec. I called daily for a couple weeks getting the same recorded message over and over and at all locations. I even left a message suggesting they change the message which they eventually did. I said I would rather get a refund and not have to file a complaint. No response. This is poor customer relations and poor business. I hope BBB can get results. The amount owed me is $73.16.Thank you,***********************

      On October 27, 2021 we sent a $396.90 check to All Green at ******************** to prepay for (6) lawn service visits for the 2022 season. I called the company in May because we had not yet had our first visit. On 5-19-22 we were informed by the lawn service tech that he (***********************) and his nephew (*****) would be providing service because the other techs in our area had quite. We received our next service on 8-31-22. I called the company *************) on October 26, 27 and 30 to report the lapse in service calls. Each time i was greeted by a recorded message and directed to leave a message. Each time I stated that we were not receiving service and left them with our contact information and customer number **********. The calls were never returned.On October 31, i sent an email to ***************************************** to tell the company that we had only received two of the six lawn service visits that we had paid for and asking for a refund of $323.03. We have had no communication from All Green regarding this matter.

      Mr. & ******************* were issued a refund for $388.88 on November 18th, 2022. The check cleared our account on November 25th, 2022.

      I prepaid for six ;awn care treatments(approx $360) and only received 2. After several attempts to reach the office ************ and leaving messages I spoke to a ******** who told me their worker in this area(****) quit and they were unable to find a replacement. She offered to reimburse me for the missed treatments ($309).U agreed to this and was told I would receive a check within a couple oof weeks. This was the end of August. I have yet to receive a check. I spoke with ******** in mid Sept and was told she would pass it on to the corporate office. I asked for a call **** to tell me when I could expect the check but to this date I have received no call from anyone at All Green despite several phone calls and messages left.

      I wrote out a check and sent a pre-payment of $821.84 for lawn service on 2/20/2022. I have had All Green lawn service for quite a few years, and finally decided to save a few dollars by pre-payment. In early June, two unfamiliar guys did the early spring service. Well, they were here, but not sure what they actually did. The crabgrass and dandelions were already sprouted. In late July, I called the All Green phone number and talked to a lady named *********. I told ******************** hadn't seen or been called by All Green for further service (4 treatments per lawn growth season). ********* (********) said I would be issued a refund for $616.38. A month later, I called again and got voicemail. Left a message. Nothing. Called the ** number again today and left another voicemail. Then I called the corporate office in ******, IN. "Mailbox is full", when I tried to leave a message. Now, I see on this BBB website that the All Green has apparently gone out of business.

      Prepaid in February (25th) for lawn service in spring and fall 2022. Have not gotten any service. No one responds to the numerous messages I left. Spoke with a person once May 24th. They said someone would be here within 3 weeks. That did not happen. At this point, would just like my $182.40 back from this untrustworthy company.

      To Whom It May ******** My wife and I procured the services of All Green at ******************** - All Green Corporation 923, to perform our lawn care last year. Their tech performed the herbicide applications and dispensation of fertilizer in a timely manner. This last fall, *********************** called and apologized, stating that they were unable to aerate our lawn. They had overbooked their staff and couldn't make it to all of their clients' properties before snowfall. He asked whether we wanted our lawn aerated the following spring or autumn (2022). We chose the following autumn and he said he would call us in the spring to discuss our upcoming lawn care needs and to schedule our lawn aeration.We have yet to hear from ***** or anyone working/representing All Green Lawn Service. I have called them numerous times at ************ (All Green at ********************), ************ (All Green Corporation) and ************ (***********************). These numbers either ring indefinitely without an answer, have a busy tone or can't be connected as dialed. I have emailed All Green numerous times without a single reply. I have emailed *********************** as well, but have not received a reply.Thank you for your time and consideration in this manner.Sincerely,******* & ************************* **********************************************.

      Good morning, **** has retired this year and our entire staff at the 923 location has quit this year. I don't know why the corporate office hasn't responded to this customer. I'm temporarily acting manager for the area and haven't heard anything about this issue to date. *********************** as well has left the company.
