On July 13, 2021, this business sent in a repair man to fix my freezer. When I first called the business, I was told it would be only $45 to come to our home and diagnose our freezer, hence why I picked them. When the guy came to our home, he didn't even pull out one tool to test any component on our freezer. All he did was listen to the refrigerator/freezer, he didn't even pull the back off the refrigerator to test anything! Then he gives me the **** and the price doubled! He was only at my home for 7 minutes. I had to pay $95 to have this very rude man to do NOTHING! He was the most rude and the most lazy repair person that I've ever met in my life! I called the office to talk to the manager and I was treated worse by the manager than the repair man! I feel these people are conmen and I was tricked into paying for NOTHING!Business response

The service and diagnosis charges were quoted on a recorded line at time of service was scheduled. ***** service call and ***** diagnosis. Also service tech pulled out refrigerator took back off with tools and diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator. I tried calling customer back multiple times to discuss his issues but he would not answer.

This man is a liar! The tech NEVER took off the back of the refrigerator! I was there the whole time! All he did was open the doors of the refrigerator and listened!!! No tools were brought out!!!
