We had windows installed by this company this past March. The windows themselves are fine, however the metal trim work was installed poorly. There are gaps where the metal isn't adhered to the surface. I voiced concern, there was a tentative plan to fix their work, but now this company said they can't /don't want to do anything to fix it. Their communication to me is non-existent. They have written me off - on to the next project. I would not recommend them to anyone I give them one star for the windows, because they are better than what we had, but zero stars for their customer service "

Hello-Below is our final email correspondence on June 1st at 4:17 p.m.:"Originally when we correctly installed the new windows and the aluminum drip edge you shared concern that it did not look physically appealing to what you would like.The reason it looked different is because it was done correctly by our installers when what you had in the past was incorrect.We communicated that this could not be removed because it would be a warranty issue or improper installation and that is not the work we were comfortable with completing.You asked that it be changed with the explanation that you did not care what issue it could potentially create because it would be the next person's problem.While we disagreed with this we did have a discussion to try and find a resolution that might work and be accommodating to get closer to the appearance you were looking to achieve.I came out to discuss what exactly we could do which was put a piece of (Color Aluminum) That you selected over the existing drip edge. We talked about exactly how this would be done and also talked about removing an eye hook and filling a hole where we were asked as a favor to relocate. At this time you were in agreement so we purchased the aluminum color you selected and scheduled the changes. When the guys went to the house to complete things the way we discussed they called and said that you were now requesting something different than what we discussed and what I told them to do and this is why they were pulled off the job.They said you were going to be going on Vacation and we would address this further after you returned and I would discuss it further with *****. After reviewing everything we are not confident that we can complete the job in a way that would make you 100% happy for the appearance you are looking for. The Correct way and the appearance way requested are two different things and we simply can not sacrifice not doing a job the right way to accomodate an appearance. I have reviewed everything with ***** and although we believe the job has been done correctly and feel we are owed the remaining balance of $500 we also believe that the requests are changing in ways that we can not complete the project in an acceptable physical appearance request that you have.We are willing to consider the Balance paid in Full forgoing the $500 Remaining in lieu of the cosmetic changes you are requesting.If there are any questions or concerns remaining about this please contact ***** Gardner at the office ************"
