This company does not take responsibility for damages to your home. Nails protruding into the interior of my homes ceilings and no compensation for the damages is not acceptable. Owner came to fix the issue. There are numerous nails still protruding and hammerhead dents in my wood ceiling where he tried to hammer up some of the nails. A previous roofer did the same thing except they used screws which did not shred the wood as the nails did, and my roof leaked. Panther owner became my expert witness and consequently was hired to replace the roof. After the devastation of more damage done by my expert roofing company I asked the owner if he would at least reduce the cost a bit but he and his wife refused. No apology, just excuses, and stated that they wouldnt make a profit if costs were reduced. I told them that I would not persue legal representation as the attorney I previously had for the first botched job ran me into more into debt than had I not hired him. Consequently, the attorney took the tiny settlement and my tiny pension to pay himself leaving me still $5000 in debt. Two years later Im still devastated financially and emotionally. Being a single, retired woman, I feel I have been extremely taken advantage of by every single individual involved. The owner and his wife knew I had no recourse and took full advantage even though they, themselves, would never accept this if it happened to them.

This might be the most disappointing review that we have ever received. Our relationship with ****** spans over 3 years. During which time we made many trips to her home for a variety of reasons that range from inspections, consultations and fixing leaks from the previous roofing contractor which we did not ever charge her for. We have had lengthy conversations with her lawyer and while we offered to testify on her behalf, we never actually had to do that. The issue with her roof stems from it's original construction about 45 years ago. Her previous roofing contractor did not notice that there was very little opportunity to install the necessary fasteners for a fully adhered rubber roof due to the fact that the roofing substrate is merely a piece of plywood on top of a layer of tong and groove boards that are actually her interior ceiling, leaving very little roof to put the necessary fasteners for a rubber or shingle roof. Because there were leaks on her roof there was also rotten wood that needed to be replaced. Due to the difference in thickness of a piece of plywood today and one from ****************************** a 4x8 area protruded approximately 1/8' through the tong and groove. The previous roofing company tried to install a rubber roof in this situation. The fasteners for their plates came through her ceiling approximately 1/2" and there were 100's of them throughout the entire house. Not only did we fix our small issue with our nails, we also took the time to address all the holes made in her ceiling by the previous contractor at NO cost to her.When ****** gave us the final check, which was 2 months late, she thanked us repeatedly, stated that she was satisfied and happy with our work. We would like the reader to understand that this review from ****** arrives over one and half years after we installed her new roof. Notice that she has not claimed any issue with the roof leaking or functioning as it should. We installed a very high quality roofing system, that cost far beyond the amount of monies she was awarded in court from the previous case she had with the first contractor. As I stated previously, this review is very disappointing because we took great sympathy to her situation and her unique set of needs. I do not know if she did this review if she is looking for a new ceiling or trying get money from us, but this review is very upsetting, We wish ****** the best and we consider this matter closed.****** Dolbeau ********** **********************
